SNI provided two virtual training sessions to a global audience of approximately 70 senior-level staff from around the world on “Negotiations with the Power of Nice” and “Influencing without Authority”, both ably facilitated by Jeff Cochran.

**What do you like best about Shapiro Negotiations Institute?**

The content was very useful -- very specific behavioral tips to make the most out of negotiation opportunities and how to reach people to achieve more assertive outcomes. Their "prepare, probe, and propose" methodology for negotiation and the "build credibility, engage emotions, demonstrate logic, and facilitate action" process to influence others make a lot of sense, are practical and can easily be put into practice.  The virtual facilitation was masterful, well-paced, and highly interactive.

By far one of the most professional and in-depth negotiation training our company has received. The entire team was thorough and patient as they went through each segment of their training for our team. The covered their 3 Phases of Negotiation which was a game-changer for our sales team and their process. On top of that, they went over their advanced modules that helped prepare us for future collaborative projects that included overcoming objections, tactics, and mastering negotiation. The best part was that they delivered their training to us not only in person but through virtual training as well. If in-person training is more your style, Shapiro Negotiations can be taught through a keynote presentation, one on one consulting, or regular classroom training. Shapiro's approach to teaching is by far the premium of all negotiation training courses that we have experienced. They use a unique and holistic approach that focuses heavily on the work that is delivered before, during, and even after the training with their top of the line reinforcement portal that makes sure that the methods that were taught and implemented correctly.

**What do you dislike about Shapiro Negotiations Institute?**

Not much to complain about here! We were stressed about how the training would occur remotely for our employees not in the office, but SNI took care of that and made our entire experience stress free and incredibly knowledgeable.

Our team has been closing bigger and better deals with the help of Shapiro Negotiations. Their negotiation training really helped our team feel more confident when presenting and discussing strategy with our clients.
