The onboarding. The whole process was so well planned, with clear actions for both sides. The meetings were structured and documented. And not at the least - the team was amazing. I of course worked only with Kristin, Johannes and Natalia - I can just hope all customers get the same treatment.

In my opinion, the software is still relatively young. There is still potential for optimisation in certain areas to increase efficiency.
