**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I like Setmore's ease of use and user-friendly interface, as it has all the features we need for scheduling. I also appreciate how prospects can see our reviews directly from the scheduling page, which helps build confidence in our company. The initial setup was very easy, and being able to provide a good-looking calendar link to our clients and prospects for scheduling appointments is a significant benefit.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I would like there to be a master calendar where I can view everyone's appointments. If I could see everyone's calendar at one time, it would avoid me having to go into each agent's calendar tab each time.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setmore lets us provide a good-looking calendar link for clients to book appointments with our sales agents, and they can also see our real reviews which builds confidence in our company.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I use setmore daily to run my it consulting business, I'm a 1 man show, so the free tier of Setmore works great for me. It enabled me to include a booking page on my website and mobile app

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

There really isn't 1 aspect of setmore that I dislike

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setmore allows me to have a booking page on my website and mobile app, it syncs with Google calendar on my mobile device and reminds me and the customer about the upcoming appointment. The mobile app also acts like a crm (it keeps a database of customer information, allows you to call, email and text directly through the app) minus the advertisement and social media integration

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I like that it allows us to have appointments scheduled publicly but internally we can schedule appts, and also edit our availibility. I like that it will sync to your Google Calendar and allows you to offer multiple "services." We use setmore daily and do love the easy of using it.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

It doesn't allow us to code days as a specific service only for set days (virtual appt. only on tuesdays for example). The Google calendar sync doesn't always work great and has to be reconnected often.

allowing us to provide appointments across three separate counties through many different modalities.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

As a business owner I have used Setmore for 6 years.
I use this app daily to keep my appointments, clients, location, income/outcome aligned.
Logistically Setmore has helped me organize my clients in the most efficient manner possible as many of my clients live in different locations~ different cities and in some cases different countries and time zones. 
Having Setmore has allowed me to efficiently manage my time, clients, and even income for scheduling life and appointments all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

There are a couple of things that could be made very helpful with small changes to Setmore:
Managing appointment times.
Some appointment times vary from an hour to 8-10 hours. It would be great to be able to schedule my service and have my income reflect accurately; for example if the work was to be 40.00 per hour and I am with the same client for 8 hours it would be helpful if when I schedule the client and service it was reflected in the 40x8 rather than having to repeatedly add the same client 8 times for an hour each to accurately reflect the income for that scheduled client.
Each service has a separate cost so it would be helpful if it were a bit easier to reflect in the bottom line rather than 8 hours for 40.00. 
Otherwise, on the basics this app is very helpful.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see my day, week, and month in advance has made work~life balance manageable. Keeping clients organized and connected allows for maximum use of the app and not stressing about scheduling or contacting clients is made easy with setmore's ease of contacting clients for me.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I love working with setmore, if i have questions they are fast in answering them and the system is very simple. This is really the goto for startups. The google agenda sync is really on point, i dont think there is any planner that syncs as accurately and fast as setmore! Put in the appointment and once you press next its in sinc with google agenda, also when you add something in your personal google agenda you can set it up as such that it automatically blocks out the times on your embedded planner on your site.
Im still in love with this program and i will always be.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I dislike the fact that there are too less ways of payment processing, only creditcard is accepted while the do use stripe to process them, stripe offers many ways of payment worldwide but that is not accepted at setmore. Also i would love to be able to set automatic followups and stuff like that that is not possible either

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Easy setup from the very first step, once you have a payment platform compatible with Setmore.

Creating services and customizing your business is very straightforward and all the options you can configure or toggle are thought on what a real business may require: time off, breaks, manually modify appointments, keep track of income and on a deeper level to leverage from the api to achieve even more if integrating with a custom backend.

Time zone management. Definitely a pros

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Classes are limited to 50 seats on the free version. Even when I have been told Pro version has no limit, I have not tested it yet.

Payment reports having only a name to distinguish a client is also a downside since if a client only identifies himself with a common first name like John and you have multiple ones, it takes a while to realize who is the right one. A lot of cross checking involved. Maybe if adding another identifier like an email o customer id would be really helpful.

Also on the api, querying the clients by name requires to have a name database to work with beforehand. I also understand that retrieving all customers may incur on a heavy payload but it could be better consumed with pagination but definitely having a way to get all customers will be great.

I almost forgot to mention that time zone management works only at the creation of the appointment but on recurring reminders it seems to use the clerk time zone.

Easy handling the caveats that manual appointment tracking could have. Also time zone auto detection since our clients are all over the world

I dislike that they dont have a fuction for where you can choose how long forward the costumer can book, and i dislike that it isnt any way for me to set up days for booking diffrently for each day and week, you can only set one time every day, and that you dont have any way of overwrite the system for booking when you dont have hours open

It helps me navigate every costumer to a thirdparty hand so i dont have to deal with everyone all the time, so basiclly it gives me more time on my hands

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Customer service is a disaster! We have had troubles with broken Zoom links for about 10 months. We have reported the same problem repeatedly and every day, a new CS agent starts from the beginning. I have been promised a manager will contact me to resolve the issue - I am still waiting 3 weeks later. This is disruptive to our business and not sustainable. I will try one last time but am looking for alternative providers.

The free account is a complete solution which allows you get your service up and running without investing in asubscription.

Compared with other platforms, the interface is little complicated to use initially.

I needed an online solution to allow students to book, rearrange and cancel their lessons easily without having to get in touch with me directly. There is no need to remind participants that they have a meeting coming up as the the free version still sends out an e-mail reminder at a set time before the meeting.

Setmore is an excellent appointment scheduling platform, which we use to book psychology appointments. It's intuitive, easy to use, free and with excellent technical support - fast and effective.
It is equally useful as a personal diary, including classes and other appointments. The app is very functional and practical. I recommend!

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Nothing!Anything! All technical problems we had were promptly resolved by the technical team.

Our users can book their appointments comfortably, via the website or app, and have email reminders 24 hours before their appointment. The service is much more organized this way.

Website is fast and overviews are good. The site is usually available

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I have used it for 4 years. Th esoftware seems to be increasingly buggy with issues and bugs on the back end. When you call the helpdesk, I hav to explain myself over and over. I know where they should look better than they do.
The other person on the line gives you well practisd lines as if reading a script. or 3 days now I am trying to rectify an issue and the frustration levels are rising.
Software needs some serious tweaking.

My students do not have to wait email back and forth to figure out a day and time that fits both of out schedules.

I have some appointments that are only 30 minutes long and come students need to meet with me at the 1/2 hour intervolt but it won't allow them that option.

Making it easy for students to make appointments. I don't have to worry about missing deadlines that they may have.

Setmore has helped made my firm more efficient with intake of leads and scheduling. I picked setmore due to integration with law pay to maintain one pay processor. I really like how effective the product has been thus far.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Super easy to schedule clients and keep track of schedule. I like that I can customize everything down to the "color" of my different services. Clients like how easy it is to make and edit their own appointments too.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

My only gripe is that the "automated" text doesn't forward messages to me. I tell all clients that the number the reminder text comes from does not come to me and even write "do not reply, contact (my number) to reschedule." But many don't read that, and they've canceled appointments but I never received their message. Not a huge deal, though!

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a paper appointment book at my office but I love having the app on my phone and having access to my schedule 24/7. I also love giving clients the ability to make their own appointments. I've tried many scheduling apps and Setmore is by far my favorite

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I enjoy Setmore's simplicity and flexibility. As a large tutoring center on campus, we needed a straightforward tool to schedule a large team with hundreds of courses in our catalog. Setmore is quick to set up, easy to onboard staffers, and their support team is always available to resolve questions within just a few minutes. I didn't think I could find such excellent service at an affordable price, but Setmore exceeded our expectations!

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Setmore can be a little too simple at times. It would be a huge help to have a user-facing search function or drop-down tabs to hide services since we offer so many.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setmore is helping us centralize the schedules of a large team of 17-20 staff members. We can quickly add, remove, and change our offerings to reflect real-time availability - letting students confidently book with us!

It is easy for me and my customers to use and to book. I've used it the entire time for my Thai Massage business. Automatic email reminders are great!

I wish you could add in single days for availability to book rather than making the day available for the whole week to infinity. It will be good for when you want to add appointments. Add hawk day by day week by week when you will have extra availability.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I support a small charity that needed a hall booking system for only a few weekly bookings.  I could adapt the free version and integrate it with Squareup to charge for bookings. I didn't find any other booking system's free offerings that could do this.  

It is easy to configure. Customers like self-booking and find it easy to use. I like that I can extract a spreadsheet of the bookings made to integrate with the hall's accounts in a spreadsheet.  I didn't need any additional accounting software.  I like the one-way synchronisation with a calendar, which is free, to display the availability of booking slots on the hall's website.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Tracking back payments to ensure all bookings are paid for can be tricky. I think it would be easy, if you required that all bookings are paid in advance using a card.  

But I offer payment by invoice, and there is no simple way to record that a booking has been paid for. I manually update the label in the booking with a cross-reference to an invoice.  But it is a hack!

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it much easier for customers to book our hall. They do not have to contact anyone. They can make changes to their bookings with no hassle. They love it, and it has put our booking numbers up.  I no longer have to pay someone to be a contact point for booking.

I have been a business client with Setmore for a couple of years now! The booking system is pretty good: although it still lacks a few features, and it has occasional glitches. The customer service is very good whenever I need help with things: easy to reach at all times, and operators are kind and knowledgeable. Overall, I am happy to stay with this booking system for my business despite having many other options.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I wish there would be more options on the powers we can give to staff/receptionists/etc. For example, currently, if you give the power to see all agendas to a member of your staff, they automatically can cancel appointments and operate refunds! I am not too happy about that. Also: when you do a refund it is very easy to make a mistake (for example addind a 0) , and there is no way to correct that mistake, the refund is sent very very fast.

I had issues with the social medias connectivity after a hacker took control of my Instagram page.

Unfortunantly I have had no beneficial experiences. 

My clients and I have only had bad experiences with the Setmore booking system and customer service.

I have had experiences in 4 online booking systems. This had the worst booking and customer service resolutions. I do not blame customer service, but whoever is managing internal communication and making decisions.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Deposit is listed to my clients as "discount". 

Talked to customer service for over 10 hours about making a way for clients to secure appointments with card without confusing "discount" listing. 

I was told that the technical team was working on implementing a cancelation fee, so that I would not have to worry about the deposit system confusing my clients. 

I asked for a time of implementation, they said they wouldn't be able to tell me, but they'd message me in a week with update. 

I waited for an update. A week later I got one mentioning the exact same thing as a week before, that the technical team said they wouldn't be able to tell me a time.

Had to beg for a refund even after mentioning that I had to do more receptionist work because of setmore faults than I would have done if I booked my clients myself. 

Please fix the deposit system and be transparent about if and when fixes, implimentations, and resolutions will occur. 

I originally signed up because of the deposit system but because of technical errors it made more work for me than if I had never signed up in the first place. I have already received a refund, but can not understand why I had to wait for answers and beg for resolution.

Setmore caused major problems for me concerning client bookings, and making me contact every client after booking on setmore to explain that "discount" means "deposit".

Easy to use and very well implemented with an android and ios cell phones. Also, there is enough settings in Setmore so you can adapt to your needs.

For me, Setmore is the best booking app but, I have only one complaint. I want more space when I make Notes for each customer on the "Customers" page because I think the area for the notes is very small. But everything else I like!

Features I like are mobile-friendly app, clients can book a service but also see what else is offered and book there as well. I also like the ability to integrate with Gmail calendar and easily add to my website, social media, link.tree etc. There are some features I know I'm not fully taking advantage of.

the inability to have custom availability based on a particular service. For instance, I want to only open the calendar for consultations for a certain amount of days and/or times and different day/times for other services.

I've had clients express that they liked using my setmore calendar to book. It is clean and streamlined. it's easy to integrate and share.

I'm an academic advisor who meets with college students. Setmore saves me a huge amount of time. Instead of having to email back and forth with students trying to find an agreeable meeting time, I can simply send students to Setmore so that they can easily compare my availability with theirs. I also like that  the few times I've needed it, their tech support team was highly responsive and my issues were resolved very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

For security reasons, my university will not allow me to integrate my Outlook calendar with Setmore, so I have to manually input appointments onto my calendar and go into Setmore and black out times that I'm unavailable.  But that's not Setmore's fault.

Setmore saves me time by allowing my students to efficiently schedule appointments with me and it also saves my department money on having to hire staff to answer phones and schedule appointments.  It's a great tool that saves time and money!

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I like being able to develop and structure a call with a client and have my virtual assistant or anybody else on my team access the platform to forward meeting links and setup business profiles. Also I can block out time with my other apps such as Google calendar and it will continue on my set more so that it shows that I'm not available when my clients go and try and set an appointment.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

The app is not as fluid as the website and other than that I have very little that I dislike about Setmore since the software integrates with a lot of payments, virtual meeting and phone software systems and give the users the best way to reach their clients.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major problem with setting appointments is confirming the client attends those appointments and set mores integrations allow me to set up a confirmation and also a payment if necessary.
Being able to offer my clients to online solution that lets them schedule at their flexibility and also gives me the option to view things and message the client directly after they've scheduled an appointment.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Unlimited booking, even in the free version. Also, I like the option of grouping courses/appointments into categories. Works well as a pop-up on my WordPress website.  Simple to use and set limits on classroom size. Syncs well with Google calendar and others.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I would like to have an option where people can waitlist themselves for courses that are booked FULL. Also, my preferred payment processor Converge is not there. Another feature I would like to see is an option to buy course-related materials (course manual, the choice for electronic or printed material, etc.)

I would even pay a monthly fee if these options would be available.

**Recommendations to others considering Setmore:**

You can't go wrong with the free version which is fully featured.
The paid version gets you a few more perks.
Overall a good and reliable product.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was an early adopter of setmore. As a small business providing courses to health care professionals, they must register online.
As a bonus, they can even pay online to secure a spot for the course they enrolled.

It saves a lot of time chasing people for payments. 
It is ideal to have some automation where a booking policy must be acknowledged before they can register and submit payment.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Setmore is very easy to work with, with no difficult interface or setup. I appreciate the possibility to send reminders to clients, as well as confirmations or edits. You can add/customize the information you want per client (for example I added birthdate, social security insurance, ...). I like (but don't use it anymore due to being fully booked) that clients can book / reschedule their own appointments - saves time!
Integration with zoom works perfectly fine!

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

What I miss in setmore is the possibility to put in more than 1 email address per client (since I work with children). I find it odd that the synchronisation with my iCal disappears after a few months. 
Translations to Dutch could be better too.
The possibility to add different locations to one agenda would be great (now I type it per appointment in the notes below)

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better oversight of my agenda, fewer people that 'forget' their appointments because of confirmation & reminder email, immediate insight in revenues per week (per month would be a great add-on), clearer planning to stick to myself

Setmore is very flexible for our business. During first six months we tuned a lot of options. The best is that I could set whatever was requested by my business partner. All needs were fullfilled!

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

My first question to support was: is Setmore support multi-location? Unfortunately no. We've managed to open a separate account and did some hack to have two apps on one mobile device. Maybe in the future? It is the most requested feature.

**Recommendations to others considering Setmore:**

If you are a startup service business and need a scheduler for work and a booking page with backing cloud system that is extremely configurable and flexible, intuitive, easy to manage, easy to implement: Take Setmore!

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, with Setmore we manage most of our business: booking and work schedule. The customer call or SMS is ending very often by sending an URL to our booking page. This makes the booking process easier. Before we did it manually in the paper calendar. This is now impossible with more than one groomer and more than one location. Benefits? Setmore enables our business.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I like that there's a free version (or at least, there used to be--is there still?) and that the paid version doesn't cost much (although, I do think you changed your price structure, and I wish that hadn't happened). Anyway, I use it for a business venture that is inherently low-dollar in nature, so it's really important to keep costs down while still being able to manage where different people are at different times and on different days. Setmore has helped me do that.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

There are TWO things, actually. 
One is that it's very slow. When you click something to change it, there's a long pause while it happens. Other webbased programs I've used have not taken nearly so long to load the changes.
The other thing is that it would be really helpful to be able to see several days and several people's calendars at once. (There's a program called Theranest for counselors that does this.)If there is a way to do something similar in Setmore, I think many clients will find it helpful. You've already got the technology in place to show us several people's calendar at one in the "day" view, and you can also show us a week at a time for one person. There is no way to see a week at a time for all staff, or even just 2. When you program it, it will look complicated, but those of us who need that feature will figure out how to use it and make sense of it. It will be very helpful.

The only problem, really, are the two things mentioned above. The biggest one is probably that it's not possible to see more than one person's schedule at a time for more than one day. When we look ahead to see whose available we have to do it one worker at a time. And then, since it takes so long to reload when you change any factor, to switch and look at each worker takes a very long time.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I love that it syncs with my team's Google calendars to prevent double booking and that it's very easy for our clients to use. The automated email and text reminders are also very helpful. Being able to provide virtual and in-person meeting options is critical for our programs. We have integrated Setmore with Zoom in the past and have now moved to Google Meets for video meetings, and Setmore has been able to do both with relative ease.  I also very much appreciate that Setmore will automatically request reviews from our clients so that we can easily collect feedback.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I do wish there were more options for customization or to add custom questions for clients to answer when booking an appointment. For example, we need the ability to add a custom appointment location - like a dropdown menu - for our clients to choose from, as we have multiple program locations.

**Recommendations to others considering Setmore:**

If you are looking for an easy-to-use solution for appointment booking, Setmore is a great tool. The only drawback is if you need a high degree of customization on your booking page. Setmore is especially a good fit for Google users, as it integrates seamlessly with Google calendar, Google Meets, and other productivity tools like Slack.

We are using Setmore to book client appointments and to encourage them to book their own, while also managing team calendars. Setmore allows us to spend more time on program recruitment without having to worry about managing appointments.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

It is easy for others to use to make an appointment; the calendar is easy to oversee on the desktop/web version; there are many possibilities to personalize hours & availability; there are unlimited types of appointment categories; I like that I can import Setmore into Outlook in the free version (very helpful!); I like that clients do not have to make an account to sign up for an appointment (but I also like that this is an option); very much appreciate the ability to personalize URL address for the sign-up site; I like that there are continual improvements & engagement by creators over time - the creators feel very invested in the success and quality of Setmore.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

In the free version you cannot make repeat appointments, but have to fill each one in, one by one, for weeks on end - this is the only thing that bugs me (even though I understand the need to make a distinction between free & paid Setmore)
A second and much less important wish: sometimes I wish that the design for making/adjusting appointments in the App was more visual rather than digital - for example, when adjusting the time of an appointment in the app: rather than having to click multiple links to find the right time to click, to adjust & to confirm, could have an adaptable 'box' or block that insert in the calendar at the correct place & then 'stretch' the edges until the block takes up the correct amount of time.
"Big fantasy" - be able to automatically include virtual meeting link (Microsoft Teams) in appointments on the specific days/times when I am not in the office.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a continually changing group of people with whom I otherwise have little contact to be able to easily make different kinds of appointments; I need to be able to adjust my schedule & availability day by day and week by week (it does not stay the same); I need to be able to access & adjust my appointments continually, both while behind my desk & on the go; I need to connect my different calendars to one another (in the free version I do this by importing Setmore into Outlook)
