It includes features to handle random selection activities, generate DOT MIS reports and with ease create invoices at the end of the month. **What do you dislike about TestVault?** There seems to be a limitation in the extension of reporting customization in TestVault. When it is necessary to create the reports involving particular data values or filtering conditions, such an approach turns out to be quite inconvenient. **What problems is TestVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** TestVault saves effort in the organization of our company’s drug testing program. It handles random selection processes and the aspect of billing and invoicing thereby cutting a lot of time for our HR department. ### 2. Random selection is a god send since one has to spend a lot of time collecting test data and the software makes it easier. **What do you dislike about TestVault?** The options of customization seem rather restricted, and it takes quite a lot of time to extract the particular data that would be of interest to different agents. This hampers my capability to make faster analysis of trends and bring important insights. **What problems is TestVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through partnering with TestVault, we have cut down the time that would be used in managing the program on drug testing.
