I love that the style of the outlines are designed like content blocks and you can easily move them around. Also, the collaboration feature is really easy to use and to set permissions but also see who's online and working on the document and when the last edit was. The color coding feature can be a bit annoying visually- I get the concept of it but not sure it is necessary because there is a commenting feature that makes it easy to see what changes have been made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
