It is very complete software for the pest control industry. It has very detailed reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software appears to be very outdated, and it is neither intuitive nor user-friendly. It is cluttered with text, confusing, and I assure you that over 50% of the options are things you will never use. Our team spent over 25 hours on training and implementation, which is unacceptable for software and apps in the 21st century. The app looks like it was created 10 years ago, and it is complicated to use. The on-field reports are not uploaded automatically; nothing is automatic, and you have to actually open multiple screens before successfully uploading the information to the server. Our expectations with servsuite were for it to be a tool that makes work more manageable, but it was the opposite. Before using servsuite, work flowed more smoothly and definitely quicker. Barcoding does not work well. My suggestion is that if you are thinking of hiring software for pest control, consider one that is more adapted to the current (2021) needs in mobile and desktop apps. Everything I've written is my own personal opinion.
I've now looked at four software choices for pest controllers. I've used three extensively. ServSuite is the software that has the most problems both with the software and customer services.
Updates are released with bugs.
As a UK pest controller Servsuite has trouble replicating the problems experienced in the UK.
The software has less features than the others.
If you are using the barcoding system it is not user friendly. If you want to report mouse activity you have to press buttons 7 times over 2 different screens. All the competitors have much better ways of doing this.
We asked for them to change this and they never did. We now don't use Servsuite.
The bait plan software requires you to actually draw it on the phone.
Competitors do this much better with photos of fire plans and drag/drop bait points.
If you're barcoding the software runs your phone flat. This is probably because of the multiple screens and button presses to report basic things.
If you have made recommendations they sometimes don't appear on the following report. Then it might appear on the next report. It took a long time for Servsuite to even acknowledge it as a problem. The problem was still not fixed when we stopped using it.
Turning up to a job and the software saying you had four number 1 monitors to check, four number 2 monitors to check. Apparently this was just our company? The problem was never fixed.
In the 1.5 years I used the software nothing we asked to be improved was. There was one time when they fixed the software. That was the day an update was released that stopped us completing jobs.
If you're a UK pest Control company, there's a really good software available from a company is WSM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I honestly can't say there's things i LIKE about it. It gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Alot. I use this in the field. And the office staff from their side of it really don't have a search function for key words or unit numbers. Program will get stuck at times and ill have to exit out. Can't run multiple jobs at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

emails are constant issue, updates cause problems with no warning, customer service has taken a backseat since company has grown Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They have a huge array of options to choose from for each company's needs. For the most part, the support they offer is pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish they had more on-site training availability for when tweaks or programing changes are made to their basic screens, but for the most part there are are a lot of tutorials available as well as telephone support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Servsuite has helped us cut processing time for Admins in half of not more. We have real time access and a lot less paperwork to sort through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have a few glitches with the guys in the field and their iPads but the program is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i like that it’s mostly easy to navigate, having buttons that are easy to click Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i dislike its “hiding” of certain features: like trying to find different sections of settings. i greatly dislike its severe battery use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
