ServiceBOT also known as ChatBOT is very useful in terms of solving problems. It uses low-code/ no-code platforms having simplified inbuilt templates to solve customers' issues or to perform any given task.

It provides 24/7 support.

It helps to create a better customer experience.

It can offer support in different languages based on the choice of the customer.

ServiceBOT enables fast and efficient customer service even during rush hours.

Data/information shared by the customer can be utilized to provide customized personalized experiences according to the customer's needs and preferences.

What do you like best about ServisBOT?

Unlike other chatbots, this one allows the integration of AI bots to work/collaborate with live agents.
