
I like how the ServiceNow Store acts as a single umbrella where I can access plugins, applications, and new functionalities. It's easy to download update sets and install them on instances, and the applications can be modified as needed. This is especially helpful for multiple developers using pre-built applications, as it reduces development time. I found the setup with ServiceNow Store easier compared to Jira.
