I have used Servicenow for our Integration purpose the platform is easy to understand and specifically i have used incident ticket for integration the configuration options were very easy while comapring to any other product.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Software Asset Management?**

The one thing i would dislike is in the configuration we have only limited options.
And when is instance is slept we need to wake it and it is taking bit more time.

**What problems is ServiceNow Software Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this we can easily track our tickets while comapring to any other ticketing tools.

When i waslooking for ITSM tool, We found servicenow is the best tool for ticketing system and moreover its features are very user friendly.
one of the finest UI tool.
It handles the change mangement very perfectly and understandable.
It has an ability of handling KPI's and workflow is compatible.
it has a very good search engine.

Till now i didn't any drawback in this, but majorly it needs to be focus on the login errors

It has very good transparent approach when it comes to enquire about a support.
It solve the various organizational problems like
Change mangement, incident management,and problem manaagement etc. It has an centralized tracking system and resolving our needs  in atimely manner.

The ServiceNow Platform is a great tool for enterprises who need to standardize workflows and is easy to use/learn. The platform is great for supporting customers and internal staff.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Software Asset Management?**

The only downside I have seen is ensuring the platform is properly integrated with external systems/databases. This can be easily done if you have the proper administrators or consultants.

**What problems is ServiceNow Software Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this role the ServiceNow Platform streamlined our Vendor Management workflows as well as our Asset Management. This allows the teams to be confident there are less human errors as well as quick historical lookup in the case of audits.

Global Search, Ticketing Tool, KB Learn. Transfering tickets from 1 team to another finding there Managers and whom to assign checking previous tickets and assigning to correct team accordingly.

Sometimes it lags while opening a large KB. overall it is best for ITSM also connected to Avaya, we can pull reports. best in it's segment i guess. user friendly software or ticketing tool.

**What problems is ServiceNow Software Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me check my daily task and Tickets pending in my bin for a long time as it has a dashboard that I can change according to my convenient. Also global search helps me search ant ticket in whole org, KB as in knowledge base to learn troubleshooting for unknown task.

I have been using Service Now software from 2017 to 2022. Excellent software for any issue resolution related to your software and asset. Every time I got the perfect and quick solution to my raised ticket.  The concerned team resolves the issues by calling them without any tickets presented; that is an excellent service they provide to the user.

I have used Service Now software for five years and am delighted with the service and software, so I do not have any dislikes.

**What problems is ServiceNow Software Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service Now solved almost every software and asset-related my issues. Their technical support team is so good at knowledge and communication with the user and resolving the case with just one call. They prioritize the problem not a ticket, and that's why people like the software and service. Also, I can see my ticket status and receive updates on emails for my issues and tickets, which is commendable.

I would like to share my experience with ServiceNow, 2 years working on this software it's very familiar with reporting end users' incidents & requesting reports and also asset management it's safe for all our organization databases for asset information my experience is very good with this software.

I have no issue with this software. when you are implementing for a user place that time facing some issue's startup time other wise is ok.

It assists with transferring tickes between me and team members. finding the managers for each team, determining who to assign the tickets to, and checking the history of previous tickets. I am strongly attached with this platform due to its beneficial features as well as tracking assets.

When accessing a large knowledge base, there can be lag or delay in loading due to the amount of information it contains. The pricing structure for the service is somewhat expensive.

I like that The platform is easy to use with good functionality for example, in my previous project we were required to make reports on the number of Incidents and requests so I was easily able to pull the data from serviceNow platform using the relevant filters

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Software Asset Management?**

I would like the application to respond more quickly, Most of the time it is working fine but sometimes when i apply some filters it takes time to load the enteries. This could be because I am using a VDI but it would be great if it could be fixed.

Our Client was using servicenow platform to manage all the Incident and Service Requests that were generated in the Helpdesk, I was working in the Level 2 Technical Support for the Adobe sign application and our Incident and SRs were assigned to us in the ServiceNow Platform

ServiceNow Software Asset is one of the awesome ticket handling tool for IT industry.
Many major IT companies using this software for their organisation purpose.
I like that quick Queue like ticket pop and filters as well.

In the ServiceNow Asset Management tool difficult to check for every queues.
Like we need to refresh and monitor every time for this tool tickets. If they update auto reflect systems, that will be good for us.

It will provide software Updates and all the monitoring systems on SNow.
Asset management is storing and updating tools, it will safe tickets on safetyway.

Strong features and functionality for all our IT issues raised through Global Information systems. It enables a quick chat online allows us to resolve the query in a much quicker time.

Only limited options available in the functionality drop down box where we are able to map the correct reason code. We should customise more options based on the user expectation

It is pretty easy to use and very complete as well, and I love the vast customization level it offers, in addition, the queue management and the chat management are pretty good.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Software Asset Management?**

I haven't used it in about a year, so maybe this has changed already, but back in the day, it was common to see Service Now going down a couple of times a month; nothing too bad, it was tolerable.

**What problems is ServiceNow Software Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was great to monitor incidents, keep track of requests and see progress on them. It was also pretty good to monitor queues, and the chat functionality was Ok; the email-to-ticket functionality was a plus as well. 5 stars overall!

Service now is so far the most commonly used platform at global level since it's one of the most secure and user friendly tool and it has multiple features like assignment, tracking of due dates, sending reminders and many more.

Nothing as such. But many a times there is a lot of slowness while application level updates. 
When the tool is updated for its features, there is a slight slowness observed.

Helps me to create my own dashboards and it becomes very easy for me to track the asset management process.
Sending emails from the tool itself is mainly a useful feature

It is a very handy platform and it has the potential to handle multiple functions very efficiently. The development part can be done very easily via javascript and ServiceNow customised scripting. The development could be done mostly in a manual way.

The disadvantage for the ServiceNow platform is that it becomes unavailable or becomes slow many times when the traffic load becomes heavy on the servers. Sometimes Filter conditions are hard to understand and apply.

It is really nice to have all of our assets in the same system that we use for incidents and requests.  We have a dedicated team that manages this data so it works really well.

I like the normalization services though we have struggled to get them working correctly. Table responsiveness. Service now having good table structure but when data is large on tables it process slowly so there should be enhancement need to done. Table busy if to much record updating same time. 
Also if to much data transforming through import set data may stuck
