What do you like best about ServiceNow IT Asset Management?

All hardware and software assets are easily tracked from the time of procurement through disposal, allowing for full visibility.

All routine tasks, such as license compliance, asset inventory, and contract renewals, can be automated to improve efficiency and minimize human error.

ITAM easily integrates with ITSM and ITOM, allowing for assisted workflows and accurate reporting.

Tracking software usage automatically against entitlements helps mitigate any issues around non-compliance while making an audit process easy.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow IT Asset Management?

Consider that there are license fees and service fees which can sometimes be more than planned or Forecasted especially for Crossroads Biopharma smaller organizations.

For new users there is a substantial learning curve in respect of time and archiving the full potential of the available system is never straightforward.

What do you like best about ServiceNow Now Platform?

We have been using this tool for last 4 years and found this ver user user friendly as it as an intuitive interface to work. Has good knowledge base and training . Very easy to implement as it can be accessed through web interface also. Can be integarated easily with other tools and has good customer support.
