Integration Hub provides great flexibility for connecting external systems to the ServiceNow ecosystem, such as SAP, Microsoft Azure, and SharePoint, without scripting because those methods are already available. It mainly involves providing the configuration details, like defining connections and setting up credentials.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Integration Hub?**

There are situations where we need to use actions that aren’t defined in that product’s Integration Hub Spoke actions. In those cases, we have to define those actions ourselves.

ServiceNow is a platform of platforms, so it can connect to any ecosystem and help address multiple business problems, regardless of which system the data is in.

I like the alteration and Modification which is possible with Service now, we can create our company page with our logos and link, General user won't even feel that they are visiting some other website.

Most of the things I like here, only thing that it doesn't show to the user that the ticket is assigned to whom automatically.

It is solving a lots of problem by doing automation and avoiding lots of Manual efforts and approvals. also no need to find out the concerned person and be behind them for any work, everything can be done here, Also live chat support with Agent is a great addition to the platform.

It makes connecting different systems really straightforward, even without deep coding skills. I like how easy it is to build workflows using Flow Designer and how many out-of-the-box spokes are available  it saves a lot of time.

The pricing can be a bit confusing, especially when you’re trying to figure out what’s included versus what requires extra licensing. Custom integrations can also take a bit of effort to get right.

It helps to reduce the cost, complexity, and risk to simplify the automation process. Automate integration helps us to use ServiceNow flow designer or custom-develop integration. it enables third-party APIs as part of the flow when a specific event triggers in ServiceNow.

As of now, I like anything everything in ServiceNow Integration Hub.

Using Integration Hub, we can join service from one env to another env for customers. We integrate and configure Bi-directional REST API integration for two ServiceNow instances.

Usability and easy development due to predefined functions.
Best part is Connection & Credentials which help in maintaining the connections for different instances.

Reverting the version of flows looks uneasy and Comparision with other instance. Minor known problems in flow designer.
This could have been better if it was similar like workflow versions.

- Credential maintenance based on production and Non Production instance
- No scripting to rest messages is required
- Most lovely JSON Parser and few spokes which helps a lot
- Using the flows made easy due to data pillers and predefined functionalities

It's the easiest way to put hands over integrations and make the work works for you. The perfect plugin to integrate a lot of environments using ServiceNow as a container to work with all in only one place, with no more than 10 actions. Quick implementation process, totally clear and efficient.

Sometimes the documentation is not totally completed because it's a completely new process and depends on every customer and the integration that they want to connect. Based on that, the system shows errors with the same message being not specific on what is the real issue and making the debugging process a little bit complex in relation to other integration process

**What problems is ServiceNow Integration Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IntegrationHub has provided me with the tools to join services such as Azure DevOps, Azure AD, Salesforce, and other work environments of customers, benefiting in the delivery of quality and reliability of development in my products.

Integration hub UI is very simple to use. There are various core activities inflows and actions where you can integrate with third-party software as per business needs. user creation automation is there. Through E-bonding you can configure integrate Bi-direction rest API.

latency can be improved. Separate modules for different spokes can be made. Provide back-up for different integration of third-party software. Knowledge articles for different spokes made be available.

Through Core activities we integrate and configured Bi-directional REST API integration of two ServiceNow. we used Teams spoke for integration. we utilize Post messages and ServiceNow incident, problem, and change record details spoke communications channels. okta integration through integration hub. monitor the different synchronized processes.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow Integration Hub?**

The UI for this program is well laid out and does allow some customization for users depending on your business needs. I especially like being able to save my KB articles directly into the UI and not have to save them as external bookmarks in my browser.Also the intergrated chat funciton is a great addition to use for those who prefer to type out thier support over a phone call with a user. The dashboards can be compliated or simple depending on your needs, for us the dashbaords have allowed my techs to create a better work flow and environment that they find inviting to be able to see all thier work at a glance without needs to navigate multiple screens or tabs to find all the infoamtion they need.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Integration Hub?**

Not having a dark mode available is my one dislike. Working from home and various hours, I would like to change the UI to show a Dark mode option. Dashboards cannot be exported correctly into Excel to create reports for my managers to digest the raw data into data more concisely and user-friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering ServiceNow Integration Hub:**

Small scale or large scale, this program will fill all of your ticketing needs. Plus, the integrated Chat feature is great for those who like to maintain an online presence and maintain and track call logs and ticket work from other inputs.

**What problems is ServiceNow Integration Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using ServiceNow, we have been able to gather information on our techs tickets and see where our data lacks functionality and thus have had meetings where we are creating better avenues to capture and improve this information for future skill-building exercises.

The best thing i like about is that in the flow designer part we can esily connected oyt automated piece of work with third party apps for end user query and other requests and for better customer experience.

The thing I dislike is that more and more integrations should be enabled and there should be an inbuilt system configuration for integrating with a click and thereby avoiding max configuration
