I like most about ServiceNow HR Service Delivery is its flexibility and ability to centralize HR processes on a single platform. As a consultant, I appreciate how easily it can be configured to meet different client requirements. The Employee Center and self-service features greatly improve the employee experience, while automation especially for lifecycle event helps reduce manual effort. Additionally, its seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules makes it very powerful for building end-to-end workflows across departments. The Employee Center enables true self-service, where employees can easily raise requests, search for knowledge articles, and track their cases in one place. This reduces dependency on HR teams and significantly cuts down ticket volume. The automation of lifecycle events such as onboarding, offboarding, and role changes helps standardize processes across the organization. These features help deliver solutions that are efficient, scalable, and consistent across different clients. ServiceNow HR Service Delivery scales very well, which makes it suitable for both growing organizations and large enterprises with complex HR processes, and the initial setup is super easy, just plugins and license is all we need. While ServiceNow (HRSD) is a powerful platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. One challenge is the complexity of implementation and configuration. For new users or smaller organizations, the setup can feel overwhelming and often requires experienced developers or consultants. The user experience on the Employee Center, although good, can sometimes be improved further in terms of navigation and personalization, especially for first-time users. Another area is reporting and analytics, which can be less intuitive for HR users who are not technically inclined. Building advanced reports often requires additional expertise. Additionally, licensing costs can be a concern for some clients, particularly smaller organizations trying to adopt the platform. Improving out-of-the-box configurations, simplifying reporting, and enhancing the UI/UX would make the platform even more accessible and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
