Also, easy automation. In Power Automate, the connector facilitates workflow automation by integrating ServiceNow data.

If there's new custom fields or tables added, updates to reports or automations may be needed, creating added maintenance.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow Connector?**

Very easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. The entire process was simple and straight forward, with email communication along the way to keep me apprised of the milestones as they were hit.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Connector?**

It can become difficult to see the context of back and forth communication with the way emails are stacked in the platform. If multiple folks are responding it's not entirely clear where the roadblock is.

**Recommendations to others considering ServiceNow Connector:**

A great resource to connect teams in a streamlined fashion for top productivity.

**What problems is ServiceNow Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly connects the different teams and routes issues to the correct users for resolution. This reduces time lost to fishing for who the primary owner(s) could be and provides a queue so that you can easily see what tasks need attention.

The API extensions are very useful in connecting to various tools to automate ticket creation process

The option to add managers for approvals on tickets is tedious and old.
