Lightstep provides an exceptional incident response management platform that gives clear visibility on our tasks that needs immediate attention, alerts & incident assigned to the team, pending tasks and information about critical & degraded services in our hybrid cloud infrastructure. It includes various service integrations to enhance observability and to monitor our instances in cloud platforms. We can also utilize pre-built monitoring integrations to send alerts of failures/defects at the earliest so that we can start analyzing the issue within a shorter duration. We face some difficulties while working with the Lighstep incident response mobile app. It is not as fluid as the Lightstep web interface and is slow at times while I work with the incidents assigned to me using my mobile device. Notification management is convenient for me using its mobile app as I can engage immediately in case of business-critical incidents from viewing them on my mobile device. The good service provided includes excellent turnabout on feature requests, anticipating our needs well in advance and amazing transparency & communication about their future roadmap.

Sometimes some of their more ambitious web pages can get a bit slow, making it a balance between excellent functionality against my patience, but they've been steadily trying to find a good balance by providing lazy loaded components to speed up normal interaction.
