I was drawn to ServiceNetwork at first because it was a program that wanted to handle service referrals on my behalf. It appeared more convenient when there was a possibility to contact different repair services with the help of a single web-site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am unable to track the status of my referrals which greatly affect communication with clients. The reality hasn’t live up to what was being advertised.
