It has some features that are helpful after you get past the learning curve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So many automations are missing. Can't trigger based on Contact information
Naming scheme of things are just silly. Drip Campaigns? You mean workflows? Drip Triggers? A TRIGGER?? You also have to use a "drip trigger" to kick off a "drip campaign". Why? This just makes automations messy.
Their UI is straight from the 90s internet.

SM has many customizations, the calendar page gives you an easy view of all upcoming appointments and who is assigned to it.
Mobile application is responsive and very usefull.

Our franchisor uses this software and it is a terrible experience. The UI of the software and mobile app is outdated, old and clunky. The billing/proposal section offer very limited options in terms of formatting and outputs a very dated looking quote with options that are not intuitive. on the backend we run into some wonky stuff like duplicate invoices pooping up and when a customer makes a deposit of you team doesn't start and stop the appointment the money sits in limbo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
