I appreciate Serrala for the quick and easy solution it offers customers to settle their outstanding receivables. The team's commitment stands out positively to me, as well as the many applications of the solution. Additionally, the initial setup of Serrala was simple in itself, which I find advantageous. The products, in our case Autobank, are very well adapted to the use cases, and Serrala provides good support and knowledge exchange among the users. Additionally, they take feedback and continuously optimize the products. Very good update structure. In 2024, we expanded our product landscape with the module solution Collections from Serrala. What do you dislike about Serrala?

Often, one doesn't really know exactly what the products are capable of, as only the basic things are set up according to customer requirements during implementation. However, this problem is known and is being addressed by Customer Success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
