SerpWatch makes it easy to keep tabs on all my target keywords for multiple websites without getting buried in complicated dashboards. SerpWatch has a well designed, clear interface. This makes it an easy tool to use. (Why others don't follow a similar route beats me.) I like the easy way in which one can change notification frequency and channels (including Slack). The agency (whitel label ) feature looks useful, but I've not used it yet. I manage over 30 sites related to my business. And many are full of articles, mostly evergreen articles, and mostly are from the same industry. Serpwatch has helped me understand how all this content is performing, as in what articles i should invest more on and also the adaptations i need to do, in order to be closer to my desired keyword. I appreciate the automated email reports I receive each day. Without needing to login to SerpWatch, I can quickly see any important changes that I need to know about. I can configure the notifications however I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's nothing that I really dislike about SerpWatch. Maybe the dashboard or user interface could be improved slightly. It's good, but maybe not as good as some competitors. But that's being nitpicky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Complicated user interface. Several limitations on keywords. For instance, credits are counted when using more than one platform (mobile vs desktop) even though it is the same keyword. There are no recommendations or suggestions regarding keywords despite integrating with Google Analytics/Search Console. If you are okay with paying strictly for SERP tools, sure. What I like the best is the Google update timeline graph, so it's easy to see why your rankings shifted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few bugs, like not being able to log in from the first time, and sometimes when you have duplicate pages ranking for the same keyword, it shows the lower position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tried an appsumo deal with it, the main reason I got it was for keyword research and that was an additional upcharge per month. There wasn't anything I disliked necessarily. Reporting was in a beta mode as well. Unfortunately, you can't send reports that are buggy and glitchy to clients to white label or people will think you're a joke.
