I like how straightforward it is. Creating a task, linking it to a branch, and pushing it through to production doesn’t require jumping between five different tools anymore. The one-click deploys and scratch org pooling have saved us a lot of time. It’s also great that non-developers in the team can see progress without needing to understand Git or the CLI. It would be useful to have more reporting features, like seeing release trends or team velocity at a glance. Also, the VS Code extension is good but could be expanded with more debugging tools. These are nice-to-haves though — overall the product already covers the essentials really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
