The Google Maps API gives us everything we need - detailed maps, user reviews, and photos - all fetched live from Google. The API maintains stable uptime and reliable performance. Whenever we've had questions, the customer support team has responded quickly during business hours.

The monthly subscription model doesn't fit our unpredictable API usage needs. A pay-per-use pricing plan or bulk purchase of non-expiring API calls would work better.
