## About SERIES 3 Accounts Payable
SERIES 3 Accounts Payable module manages cash flow by tracking vendors, recording purchases, and printing checks. MBA customers easily track amounts owed to suppliers and all invoice due dates. Included are many check writing choices, including a PDF format for easy reference and reprinting. Extensive reporting capabilities provides you with the information to accurately and easily maintain and control your expenditures.

**What do you like best about SERIES 3 Accounts Payable?**

The most useful feature i found in this series 3 AP was the cashflow management toggle, which helped to maintain the books while keeping it a lite format, making it easy to reconcile invoices.

**What do you dislike about SERIES 3 Accounts Payable?**

The only thing it lacked was the automation feature which most of the cloud based software had like odoo and flare, which makes it a little difficult to choose to work for a longer time.

**What problems is SERIES 3 Accounts Payable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically it helped me to reconcile invoices timely by giving a brief overview of all the outstanding expenses and liabilities, but still not as great as my primary tally prime software.

allows us to keep form hiring more accounting employees and streamlines the process for store employees

**What do you dislike about SERIES 3 Accounts Payable?**

it can be clunky in terms of it is rigid & at times, hinders the ability to work with some hardware/softwares

reducing manual scanning from 117 different locations & streamlining the way we collect invoices from stores
