"Elevated Webinar Engagement, Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Sequel.io?

I really like how Sequel.io helps us drive more traffic to our website, making it easier for people to learn about the solutions we offer. The analytics provided are also great. I appreciate the opportunity to use the recordings with AI features, allowing us to create transcripts, short clips, social media posts, and even blogs, which is super helpful and efficient. What I really like about Sequel.io is the team. The account managers and reps have been very responsive and quick to troubleshoot any issues we have, providing the best customer service in my opinion. It was really easy to set up with Sequel.io, which again speaks to their great customer service and strong team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sequel.io?

I think Sequel.io could be improved by integrating with our CRM. Right now, it doesn't, so that requires some extra steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kathleen Booth of Sequel.io

Really glad the AI content features are pulling their weight. Turning a single webinar recording into transcripts, clips, and blog drafts is one of those things that looks small on paper but compounds quickly when you're running a monthly program.

On the CRM integration, it would be great to know which CRM are you working with. Sequel connects to HubSpot and Salesforce, and depending on your setup there may already be a path that cuts out those extra steps. Feel free to DM me via LinkedIn and I can connect you to a member of the team who can take a look at what's possible.

"Effortless Webinar Hosting with Powerful Analytics"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sequel.io?

I use Sequel.io to host customer webinars and it makes setting up and sharing webinar registration and attendance tracking so easy. There are lots of event types and different opportunities to engage webinar attendees, and it also makes follow-up simple with insightful analytics. I like the data analytics it offers and the simple customization offerings. I can easily track how people found our webinars and ensure a consistent branded experience across different webinar offerings. It's pretty intuitive to use, so setup isn't difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sequel.io?

I wish there were a greater variety of small-group event options outside of Networking Hubs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kathleen Booth of Sequel.io

Thanks for reviewing Sequel! Hearing that setup is intuitive means a lot, because that's something the team has worked hard on. The tracking piece you mentioned, being able to see how people found a specific webinar and tie that back to your branded experience, is exactly the kind of visibility that makes post-event follow-up feel less like guesswork.

Glad Sequel has been a reliable part of how you run customer webinars. Feel free to reach out anytime.

"Intuitive Interface and Top-Class Webinar Functionality"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sequel.io?

The interface is very intuitive and the webinar functionality is top class. I like the fact that you can overlay speaker names quite nicely and customise for the brand. It also works well as a storage vehicle for content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sequel.io?

The clipping tool is a little basic compared to Riverside or an Opus Clip but it does what it needs to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Clayton Stobbs of Sequel.io

Thanks for this! Love that the interface and branding are working for you, and I appreciate the feedback on clipping. Reach out if we can help or if there are specific clipping features you're looking for!

"Seamless Webinar Management with Easy Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Sequel.io?

I like how seamless the Sequel.io platform is. It's pretty straightforward and really usable for a non-technical user. Configuring settings can often be a big pain, but I think Sequel.io is pretty good about getting the full end-to-end process set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sequel.io?

I think Sequel.io is just a webinar platform, and it feels like a singular point solution, which always carries a risk. Also, people seem less interested in attending webinars as we move further away from the COVID era. This isn't specific to Sequel.io, but it is a challenge given the space they're in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kathleen Booth of Sequel.io

Thanks very much for your review. Really glad the end-to-end setup feels manageable without a technical background. That's a deliberate design choice, and it matters most for teams where webinar management isn't a dedicated role.

On the point solution comment, it's worth a conversation if you haven't looked at some of Sequel's recent releases. The platform has expanded significantly beyond webinar hosting into first-party data capture, CRM attribution, and an integration ecosystem that connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow and more. And, we have some exciting new integrations coming soon that will allow you to orchestrate marketing campaigns directly via a connection with Sequel. Happy to connect you with our team if that conversation would be useful.

"Streamlined Registration and Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sequel.io?

I find Sequel.io very helpful for easy registration, a big improvement from other platforms I used where there was no native registration feature. I really like the user-friendly back-end setup and how easy it is to set up. I appreciate not having to download and upload videos to different sites for embedding; everything is conveniently in the same portal. The native registration page and automatic emails after signup are particularly useful for our webinars. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy with a quick onboarding call and our representative has been really responsive to any questions and issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Webinars with Stellar HubSpot Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Sequel.io?

I love using Sequel.io for running webinars live and on demand. It reduces manual admin and errors, and I appreciate that webinars automatically transition from live to on demand. I also really like the ease of uploading a webinar and embedding it on my site. The automated email sequences and reminders are fantastic, and the media hub is really useful to revisit when needed. I'm also starting to use the AI clip builder, which is proving really useful for repurposing content. It's saved us loads of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sequel.io?

I wish there was a way to filter the analytics graphs by webinar, not just the data table at the bottom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kathleen Booth of Sequel.io

Really appreciate this feedback, and it's clear you are a power user. The live-to-on-demand automation saving admin time is exactly what it's designed to do, and it's good to hear the AI clip builder is starting to pay off on the content repurposing side — that one tends to compound the more you use it.

The analytics filtering feedback is useful and I"ll make sure to get it in front of the product team directly.

"A Powerful Webinar Management Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sequel.io?

I appreciate that Sequel.io is a highly efficient webinar management platform with a multitude of options and more developed features than most other tools. We particularly appreciate the ability to manage multiple events at the same time. The cross-referenced statistics with the website and the CRM, the integration of data on the website and then on the CRM, in our case Salesforce, are very useful, although it would be even more convenient if Sequel.io connected directly to Salesforce. The tools available during the sessions, such as clickable call-to-action pop-up buttons, very intuitive surveys for the audience, private or public chats are there. There are also facilities to organize team sessions on the same link as the event itself and the recording of the session is also accessible on the same link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sequel.io?

The number of people registered for the event is not visible from the gallery. You have to enter each event to see this information. When a webinar is modified, whether it's the date or a time, the confirmation and invitation email is not automatically sent to our hosts or presenters, even to people who are already registered, to announce this change. If this feature exists, it is not intuitive. On the other hand, the event in the Outlook calendar is sent automatically and this is a feature appreciated by my teams. Also, not having access to both the presenter view and the participant view from the same screen is not very practical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kathleen Booth of Sequel.io

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. Managing multiple events simultaneously with CRM data flowing through to Salesforce is exactly the use case Sequel is built for, so glad that's working well for your team.

The three UX points you've raised are interesting and I think worth getting in front of our product team. I'm happy to pass those along.

On the Salesforce connection — depending on your current setup, there may be more direct integration available than you're currently using. Worth a conversation with the team to make sure you're getting everything the integration supports!
