## About SEOTesting
SEOTesting is an SEO testing and reporting platform that enables SEOs to run structured experiments, analyze Google Search Console data, and prove the real impact of their SEO efforts. It is designed for SEO agencies, in-house teams, and independent consultants who require an evidence-based workflow for validating hypotheses, supporting recommendations, and monitoring site-level performance. The platform centralizes Google Search Console data and converts it into testable configurations, historical comparisons, and actionable insights. This saves hours of time by eliminating spreadsheets and manual reporting, so that SEOs can focus on strategy, content, and experimentation. Use it to understand how specific updates influence search impressions, clicks, rankings, and engagement metrics. SEOTesting now also includes AI-powered summaries that automatically analyze performance data and generate clear, concise explanations across SEO tests, content groups, and end-of-month reports. These summaries highlight trends, flag anomalies, and provide actionable SEO takeaways, helping teams quickly determine whether changes were successful and produce stakeholder or client-ready insights in far less time. SEOTesting also prepares SEOs for the evolving search landscape. AI chatbots and LLM-based assistants are becoming a growing source of answers and recommendations, influencing what people click and trust. To help teams adapt, SEOTesting includes high-level LLM Testing, allowing you to track how GA4-reported sessions from LLMs change before and after page updates. Key capabilities include: • Time-based testing to compare performance before and after page-level or site-level updates. • SEO split testing using defined test and control URL groups to evaluate changes under more controlled conditions. • LLM testing to track shifts in GA4-reported sessions originating from large language model interfaces and analyze whether content adjustments influence LLM-driven visits. • Insight and reporting tools such as trend dashboards, AI-powered summaries and end of month reports, structured annotations, forecasts, and pre-built reports for areas including declining content, click-through-rate opportunities, cannibalization, and quick-win analyses. • Content grouping and change tracking that allow teams to organize URLs by theme or structure and maintain a clear record of modifications, tests, and resulting outcomes. Agencies use SEOTesting to manage multiple clients, demonstrate ROI, and support recommendations with clear evidence. In-house teams rely on it for stakeholder buy-in, cross-team alignment, and understanding which optimizations truly make a difference. Everything is centralized to make collaborative SEO decisions and identify which initiatives merit further investment. Additional components include a Chrome extension that allows you to view Search Console query data as you browse pages on your site, and a Looker connector for teams that maintain custom dashboards or client-specific reporting systems. SEOTesting is a powerful alternative to using Google Search Console alone, providing a structured environment for conducting SEO experiments and interpreting search performance data across both traditional search engines and emerging LLM-mediated interfaces.

## SEOTesting Reviews
 ### 1. SEOTesting saves me hours on reporting and monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian M. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

I've started using SEOTesting because it was saving me a lot of time on my end of month reports, I save at least 1-2 hours per report which makes it worth the money by itself.

Since they've released their MCP, I've been able to take things to the next level and really maximize my output. I've connected it with Claude and am now doing a lot of troubleshooting directly through Claude and even setting up SEO tests in just a few seconds.

It's helped me a lot in my day to day tasks, it's like having your very own SEO assistant handy. Plus, the redesigned interface is super intuitive and their support system is really responsive. Their product updates are really to the point and are accompanied by video demos of the new features.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Nothing to add honestly. Everything I've tested has worked well so far.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up day to day SEO monitoring, testing and reporting.

**Official Response from Vicky Webster-Garvey:**

> Thank you so much for the thoughtful review - we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

It’s great to hear that SEOTesting is helping you save time on your end-of-month reporting - that’s exactly what we aim for. We’re especially glad you’re getting value from the MCP integration and connecting it with Claude to streamline your workflow and testing process. That’s a powerful use case, and it’s exciting to see it making such an impact on your day-to-day tasks.

We’ve also put a lot of effort into improving the interface, support, and product updates, so it’s fantastic to hear that those changes are resonating with you.

If you ever have ideas, feedback, or features you’d like to see in the future, we’d love to hear from you. Thanks again!

 ### 2. A genuinely useful SEO testing tool built for real-world SEO

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas A. | Head of Ecommerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

What I like most about SEOTesting is its focus on measuring the real impact of SEO changes. It makes it very easy to test titles, meta descriptions or content updates and clearly see before/after performance using Google Search Console data.

The tool is simple, well-designed, and avoids unnecessary complexity. It’s clearly built by people who understand how SEO actually works in real-life conditions, not just in theory. The team is also extremely responsive and genuinely listens to user feedback, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

There isn’t much to dislike, honestly. Some advanced SEO users might initially expect more features or complexity, but that’s also what makes SEOTesting strong: it stays focused on testing and decision-making rather than trying to do everything.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOTesting doesn’t just solve a technical SEO problem, it solves a trust and reliability issue. Even when everything works as expected, I know that if I ever have a question, doubt, or edge case, there is a real team behind the product that will respond quickly and thoughtfully.

That peace of mind is extremely valuable. It makes the tool easy to adopt, easy to rely on long-term, and much more pleasant to use compared to many SEO tools where support feels distant or purely transactional.

**Official Response from Vicky Webster-Garvey:**

> Thanks so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review Nicolas - we really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear that the focus on measuring the real impact of SEO changes is coming through clearly. Helping teams run reliable SEO tests (whether that’s title tags, meta descriptions, or on-page updates) using Google Search Console data is exactly what we built SEOTesting for, so it’s reassuring to know that’s delivering value in real-world use.

We also really value your comments about simplicity and focus. There are a lot of SEO tools out there that try to do everything, but our goal has always been to help people make better decisions through clear SEO experiments and data, rather than adding unnecessary complexity.

And on the support side - thank you. We genuinely believe that good SEO testing isn’t just about the tool, but also about having a team behind it that can help with use cases, questions, and ideas.

 ### 3. SEO Experiments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nilesh P. | SEO Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

There are so many features here that GSC simply lacks. My favorites are the content groups and rank trackers, which help me track performance much better than GSC.

I also really like the specific reports - like Branded vs. Non-Branded traffic, Benchmarks, and the new LLM traffic pages. It covers everything I need in one place.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

I haven't found anything to dislike yet.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it solves is eliminating guesswork. Whenever I have an idea to improve the site's performance, I don't just blindly implement it.

Instead, I use SEOTesting to run Single, Group, or Split tests to support my hypothesis with real data. If the test is a winner, we then roll out the changes to the whole site. It gives us the confidence to make changes knowing they will actually work.

**Official Response from Vicky Webster-Garvey:**

> Thanks for sharing this - it’s great to hear how you’re using SEOTesting in practice.

We’re especially glad the content groups and rank tracking features are helping you go beyond what’s possible in Google Search Console alone. Being able to organise pages and track performance in a more meaningful way is something we’ve put a lot of thought into, so it’s great to see that landing well.

It’s also really encouraging to hear the specific reports are useful - particularly things like branded vs. non-branded traffic, benchmarks, and LLM traffic insights. Our aim is to make it easier to understand where growth is coming from and how different types of search (including newer AI-driven traffic) are contributing.

And your point about eliminating guesswork is exactly why SEOTesting exists. Whether it’s single tests, group tests, or split tests, the goal is to help turn SEO ideas into structured experiments backed by real data - so you can roll out changes with confidence, not assumptions.

Really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review 🙌

 ### 4. Modern UX, Clear Reports, and Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean B. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

I like everything about SEOTesting. The new UX is great and looks modern. The reports are clear and actionable. The price for the functionality is amazing, but above all, the support is top-notch.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

There is not much to dislike, I am struggling to think of any negatives.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the guesswork out of SEO. We can plan tests, monitor their performance and make adjustments. There is so much information online about SEO, so it is nice to be able to monitor any changes we make and see if they work.

**Official Response from Vicky Webster-Garvey:**

> We appreciate your kind words about SEOTesting. It's great to hear that SEOTesting is helping you take the guesswork out of SEO and make informed decisions.

 ### 5. Great tool for tracking and recording the impact of website changes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David W. | SEO Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

SEOTesting allows us to track a wide range of changes and gauge what is and isn't working for us. Whether it is content changes, tracking the impact of digital PR coverage or adding internal links, we can easily track the impact of changes whether using single, group or split tests. We now use the tool most days and we often find ourselves saying to 'chuck it in SEOTesting' as a test. The tool itself is easy to implement and get started with and anytime we've had questions the support team have always replied quickly. The daily sitemap updates are also really useful and they allow us to monitor if URLs are changed or products are removed without being redirected.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

No major downsides from our side. We sometime want to run tests over both 2 and 4 weeks so it might be good to have the option to either duplicate a test and make minor changes or choose two timeframes rather than creating a new task from scratch.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us clarity on what is/isn't working so we can prioritise activity. It also means that things don't get forgotten about - we can create a test and know we'll get the results in our inbox.

 ### 6. Excellent SEO Testing Platform with Outstanding Value and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken S. | Director, SEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

SEOTesting has become an indispensable tool in our SEO workflow. The platform's comprehensive reporting features are exceptional - from Content Decay reports that identify pages losing traffic, to keyword cannibalization detection, CTR optimization opportunities, and time-based testing that proves the impact of our changes. The pre-built reports save us hours of manual data analysis every week.
The pricing is incredibly reasonable, especially considering you can add unlimited users without additional costs. We've tried other enterprise SEO tools that cost 5-10x more with far fewer capabilities.
What truly sets SEOTesting apart is their continuous innovation. The team regularly rolls out new features and improvements based on user feedback. Having direct access to the product owners and development team through their Slack community is invaluable - you can get answers quickly, request features, and see them actually get implemented. This level of accessibility is rare in SaaS products.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that there's a bit of a learning curve initially to understand all the different testing methodologies and reports available. However, the documentation and helpful Slack community make this a minor issue. What's important is the time saving and that the data is all there.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, SEOTesting has solved some frustrations I've dealt with for years.
The biggest one? Actually proving that my SEO work matters. I used to make changes based on best practices and just hope they'd work. Now I can show my team "look, we changed these title tags and got a 23% increase in clicks" with real data backing it up. That's been huge for getting resources and support for SEO projects.
It's also made me way more strategic about where I spend my time. Instead of randomly optimizing pages, the Content Decay and CTR reports basically tell me "hey, these pages are bleeding traffic" or "this page is getting impressions but no clicks - fix the title." I'm not guessing anymore about what to work on next.
And the reporting part - thank god. I used to spend hours every month wrestling with Search Console data in spreadsheets. Now it's just... done. The reports are ready to go, and the changelog feature means I can actually remember what we changed and when without digging through old emails.
Bottom line: I'm doing better SEO work in less time, and I can finally prove it's working. That's made my job both easier and more rewarding.

 ### 7. Effortless SEO A/B Testing with Seamless Google Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan S. | CEO & Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

SEOTesting is one of the easiest ways to implement A/B testing on a website - specifically for SEO. I love how it easily integrates with Google Search Console to pull in your website data before and after a test. It's simple to create notes on website changes, create group tests, and even track AI traffic coming to your site! The support team is fantastic as well.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

At first, the pricing was a bit expensive for multiple websites but I spoke with Vicky and she was able to create a more simplified pricing model that better fit my agency's needs. Past that, the platform is really great.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOTesting helps businesses discover what is actually improving their organic traffic from SEO.

 ### 8. Unmatched Data Access and Insightful LLM Reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

For me, it's the access to an astonishing amount of data. And it's not useful for running SEO tests. SEOTesting gives you access to and the ability to slice and dice your Google Search Console data in just so many amazing ways. And now, with the addition of LLM reports, it just take data-driven work to a whole new level. I use SEO testing to improve my clients' campaigns, but also to conduct quite an indepth market research, see what's been working for us at a granular level (the ability to compare data sets per date is super helpful), and often also, find a ton of new ideas for campaigns and strategies to try.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

The interface can seem a little dated, to be fair. And some reports are a bit buried, hidden behind all the SEO Testing capability.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are actually two problems SEOTesting helps me resolve: The first one is that it helps me see most of the data I need to power my clients' campaigns in one place. So rather than having some of it in one tool and some of it in another and then using spreadsheets to combine it all, etc., I can actually run specific reports using Google Search Console data, and get the answer straightaway in one tool. And the other thing is that once I have those ideas, I can test their impact. So I can implement an idea, set up a group of pages where I've implemented it, and run a SEO test on them to see whether it actually worked.

 ### 9. The most undervalued tool on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas C. | Head of SEO , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

The all-in-one aspect and time savings for quickly identifying pain points.
My two “banger” reports: Content Decay & Striking Distance Keywords

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

No need for negative points.
If I had to mention one, I would say the accessibility of features, which are sometimes hidden in the tool.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a customer for over four years, I have seen the tool evolve over time and integrate features that are extremely relevant to my daily needs.
Customer service is always available and takes our feedback into account when improving the tool.
More generally, SEOTesting's ROI is unbeatable on the market. I have recommended it to many SEOs :)

 ### 10. Effortless SEO Insights at a Great Price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lidia I. | Marketing Executive, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

SEOtesting is super straightforward to use and adds a lot of value at a genuinely great price-point. We use it all the time to do a quick review of the impact of our SEO campaigns. The unlimited user seats let us add in cross-functional partners who can view the value of their contributions when it comes to SEO.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Some awesome reports are a bit hidden, there is no easy way to export all of my experiments, I'd love to dig in further at keyword and URL level for each experiment. This tool is great and has the potential to be truly fantastic.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us measure the impact of our SEO campaigns.

 ### 11. Unmatched Functionality and Value for Streamlined Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marty M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

It's not just offering a lot of functionality for a good price, it offers a massive amount of functioanlity for any tool. But beyond that, it's also great price! Sometimes simplifying a workflow and getting straight to the point is what is needed most! I also love the SEO testing extension and just how forthcoming the developers are with new ideas and tests. Makes sense I guess!

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Genuinely can't think of anything. The overall shift towards AI means GSC doesn't have as much data, but I can see SEO Testing doing everything they can to keep the tool up to date with updates to keep it useful.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting data quicker and in content buckets from GSC. It's about sleek workflows by people who understand how SEOs work.

**Official Response from Vicky Webster-Garvey:**

> Thanks so much for the kind words - really appreciate you taking the time to share this.

It’s great to hear that the balance between functionality and simplicity is working well for you. A big part of what we’re trying to do with SEOTesting is streamline SEO workflows, so you can get from idea → test → insight as quickly as possible, without getting lost in unnecessary complexity.

We’re also glad you’ve found the SEO testing extension useful. That’s an area we’re continuing to invest in, especially to make it easier to run and analyse SEO experiments directly alongside your day-to-day work.

Your point about getting data quicker and organising it into meaningful content groups from Google Search Console is exactly what we’re aiming for - helping SEOs turn raw GSC data into something actionable.

And on the AI / changing search landscape, you’re absolutely right. Search is evolving quickly! So we’re focused on making sure SEOTesting continues to adapt, whether that’s through new reports (like LLM traffic), improved testing methods, or better ways to measure SEO performance over time.

Thanks again for the support - it genuinely means a lot 🙌

 ### 12. Exceptionally Intuitive UX Sets SEOTesting Apart

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

The UX. It's incredibly intuitive to use, unlike so many other tools that lump in so much junk that it takes away from its value. Good job SEOTesting team! Anytime I have questions, the team responds quickly.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

I'd love to see server log integration so we could understand crawl optimization due to various efforts. This isn't even a dislike, just an opportunity to make it even more awesome.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned previously, being able to integrate server logs would be a great opportunity to understand what changes impact bot activity.

 ### 13. Essential SEO Tracking Tool for Your Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Curtis H. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

It's the best way to keep track of changes to a website when you're doing SEO. All the data, including algorithm updates, is in one place. Great way to create accountability for anything related to SEO.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

I believe this is on the roadmap but the UI could use a refresh. Charts and graphs are getting much better and new features come out every month. Looking forward to a new UI.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOTesting pulls all your search console data into and lets you slice and dice that data to make better decisions. We don't need pivot tables or fancy vlookup formulas in excel when you're using SEOTesting.

 ### 14. Powerful Insights with Google Search Console Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

Ease of use, great customer support, useful for extracting GSC data and spotting cannibalisation opportunities. Probably use it every day!

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

The UI is a bit dated but they're actively work on it (and I have access to the beta anyway!)

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOTesting helps us with our clients to understand how well things are performing in organic search

Features such as annotations, content groups and the extraction of Google Search Console enable us to spot things like cannibalisation issues, see where things are going right or wrong, test our implementation and adjust accordingly.

 ### 15. Excellent, easy to use tool for making GSC data more usable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben S. | Content Marketing Editor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2024

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

SEOTesting.com makes it simple to run basic SEO tests to prove that your efforts are making an impact. It also makes it easy to gather/analyze data from Google Search Console that would otherwise require tons of manual effort to crunch in a spreadsheet. The pricepoint is also low relative to the value it provides, and as a small team, the level of personalized support you get is great. I would recommend this tool to anyone who works in SEO.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Not much. It does what it says on the tin.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used SEOTesting.com to track on-page changes and report on impact.

 ### 16. Easy Navigation and Insightful Reports Make SEOtesting Stand Out

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Digital Content Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

I like how easy it is to navigate. Some testing tools I have used are quite complicated, whereas SEOtesting is relatively straightforward. The data is also digestible because of the visuals it uses.

The reports tab is also useful and provides interesting insight.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

I'd like to be able to change/add to the tracking metrics to provide greater insight. I'd also like to be able to create folders on the SEOtests dashboard.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business runs lots of small changes to high-performing pages. SEOTesting solves the problem of seeing whether these changes have been useful.

 ### 17. Easy to set up, but with limited customization options

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier L. | SOCIO Inversor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

Above all, the ease of setting it up: you plug in GSC and forget about it.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Little customization, I don't want to receive alerts for example of certain new keywords or from a specific area of the web, as it is not possible.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analysis of URLs that appear and disappear from sitemaps

 ### 18. Has become an indispensable tool in our SEO tech stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John L. | Founder/Owner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2024

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

SEOtesting is incredibly intuative to use and gives great actionable insights.

I love the Content Groups functionality which can even be used for individual pages. I use it to break down section of my site to easily see howimpressions, clicks, position, and CTA are trending for each section and what may need some attention.

I also use Content Groups for high value single pages to keep an eye on how they trending. If we launch a refresh of the page I add an annotation to easily view the trends pre/post. I use SEOtesting every day to check the trends of every Content Group.

The SEO Tests functionality is very intuative as well. Simply come up with SEO hypothesis and test it Pre/Post or A/B and multivariate using their Split Tests. You can test individual page or even a group of pages. It's worth noting that you have to have your dev team make the changes on your site. This is not a tool that requires you to add a 3rd party script to your site and you make the changes in SEO testing, like other A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO.

The Reports and Website Monitoring functionlity are great. The website funbctionality tracks changes to your sitemaps, including pages added, updated, or changed. This really help to save us my company some lost traffic to our blog after my dev team pushed a build to our production evironment that somehow removed all of our blog pages from our sitemaps across 9 locales. You receive an email whne there are any deleted changes to your sitemaps, so when I received and email showing that all of our blog URLs were removed, I was able to immediately jump on a call with my dev to address the issue before losing all that traffic.

Customer Support is fantastic. Nick and his team are very quick to respond and are open to the feeback of their community. Looking at their Changelog, they update SEOtesting one to four times a months. The integration with GTM is easy. I highly recommend adding SEOtesting to your SEO arsonal and you will see the implementation is quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Right now there is a limit of 5 sitemaps in the Website Monitoring section. We have 9 languages for our corporate website so we break down the sitemaps by locale. The limit means we are unable to track 4 sitemaps. I've ask this to limit to be increased and I'm sure that it's on Nick's list.

The only other thing is if you create an SEO Test, you are very limited on what you are able to edit. When I reach out to Customer Support, Nick shared that I woudl have to copy the one that needs the editing and make the changes before saving it, then archive the old one. The same for Content Groups. It would time by allowing SEO Tests and Content Groups to be fully editable.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made it super easy to get actionabl SEO insights and identify sections of the site that need attention.

 ### 19. Game changing for our SEO testing efforts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam T. | SEO Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

- The reporting dashboards are great for demonstrating value for stakeholders
- This tool has been invaluable in justifying internal resources for SEO projects
- The price is very competitive considering the value we're getting from it!
- We've seen huge uplifts in organic traffic from our testing

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

I've experienced nothigng I dislike about the platform so far.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to monitor the impact of SEO tests and report on results to stakeholders

 ### 20. Been using since beta launch, still use it every month

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ted H. | CEO, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2024

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

Very easy to analyze reports. Based around Search Console data, so its much more accurate than GA. Developer is releasing new reports all the time, and is super responsive to your input.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Not much. I'm grandfathered in, so its super affordable.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate insights into whats happening on SEO data. Query insights that are hard to pull out of GSC. Deep reporting on what traffic you are recieving (much deeper than GA4).

 ### 21. Massive Timesaver with crucial reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2024

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

If you are using 3rd party apps like ahrefs or SEMrush and giving access to your GSC, all you are doing is showing your competitors exactly what works on your site.

And if you aren't looking at Goolge Search Console at all, why are working blindfolded?

GSC is the only SEO data that matters, and SEOtesting saves many hours of analysis to instantly point out what you can do that actually makes a difference to your traffic. True instant improvements.

If you own one website or 1000, it's the one tool you truly need to succeed.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Only that I don't have the time to use it enough

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOtesting looks at your GSC data, and gives reports on where you can improve. It highlights the good, and the bad, so is exactly what is needed for those Eureka moments on why a site is tanking.

 ### 22. An essential tool in building your SEO strategy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan S. | Head of Organic Performance Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2024

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

The fact that it is very strightforward to use and that it helps you wade through the massive amounts of data from GSC. I also like that they are introducing GA4 integrations for more comprehensive data comparisons. The customer support is really attentive and I feel like talking to a fellow SEO enthusiast whenever I reach out. I also like that they are listening to their users and implementing their requests into the future releases. I use the tool for every relevant change I make on my site to check if it should be scaled.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

I would like to be able to retrofit my reports, e.g. if I selected weekly data points, to just revert to daily without needing to create a new report and waiting for it to process. I don't know what users' preferences are, but my guess would be to put daily data points as the default in graphs.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, I would need to pull a bunch of data from GSC and then calculate the impact manually or using other statistical tools. Now I can just pull the data into SEO Testing and manage everything in one place. Also, the automated reports that it offers are sometimes super-useful. I also love that it is not time-dependent and you can always create a test for a change you did a few months ago.

 ### 23. Extreme value for money

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2024

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

The ability to combine GA4 and GSC data into a test is beautiful. Being able to choose whether to track certain GA4 events within a test is a life saver for me.

A lot of the reports SEOtesting generates from GSC are also very valuable particularly the cannabalisation report.

There is so much functionality within this tool that I use it's hard to get it all into one review.

However for the $ cost it is 100% worth it. I cannot find another tool that does as much as SEOtesting does.

Also on top of that it is super simple to setup/intergrate and the customer support channel is amazing. I have had 2 small issues/bugs and each time I reached out the replies were in minutes and the issue resolved within half an hour.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Front end could be prettier. Doesn't affect the functionality but a nicer front end would help when I am onboarding new users.

(Sorry I don't have time to give you a list of what would make the front end "prettier")

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the sole testing solution that we use at our company for SEO anyway.

Being able to track GA4 event data alongside GSC data in a scientific way solves numerous problems for us.

 ### 24. Good value and does exactly what is needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

In a world of rip-off tools SEOTesting is a standout, offering simple SEO split testing functionality that bizarrely isn't offered by anyone else without a crazy price tag. Combine that with helpful slicing of Search Console data (because we all know SC can be a nightmare to interrogate) and it's one of my base tools for agency and in-house.

Also Nick is a great guy: helpful and responsive in every interaction we've had.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

It's not the prettiest and I probably don't use some reports as much as I should because they're not surfaced into my workflow. Could do with some additions for statistical significance reporting but that's improved since I've been using.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEO A/B testing and interrogation of Search Console data.

 ### 25. Amazing for Client SEO work & Corporate work!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan S. | SEO Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

SEO Testing is a truly unique SEO tool that you can't find anywhere else. The ability to create split tests, group tests, and site-wide tests is amazing! It's perfect for quantifying the changes that you've made to a client site or a company website!

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

It would be nice if the the reports didn't have to be run on an adhoc basis. Maybe they could be a dashboard instead? It's not a huge deal - just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise it's great!

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is perfect for testing something on a small scale, and then creating a proof of concept before implementing those changes site-wide.

 ### 26. Cheap, but wonderful SEO Testing Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

SEOTESTING is connected to your Google Search Console and presents different KPIs as you like. You can also create custom reports to gain more information about low-hanging fruits or opportunities.

But the best part, is that you can create SEO tests in 1-2 mins and can monitor your changes. It is very easy setup and can be done as single, group or even split-test.

I recommended to tool for my agency collleges.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

As far as I know you mostly have insights into Google Search Console. But I think they are working on GA integration.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool is helping me to quickly create SEO Tests, which I can monitor. With the easy setup, everybody of my colleges can do it and can gain insights very quick.

 ### 27. Essential for your stack and SEO Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

The tool is constantly evolving; the red tape that many toolsets have does not seem to be an issue with SEOTesting. Each month new features are rolled out, and they are susceptible to feedback which only improves the offering as it continues to develop into a must-have tool if you want the best intel.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

If I am going to pick one area, I think the software's visual is a bit dated, and there are friendlier interfaces out there, but that is minor. The toolset and flexibility are far more important.

**Recommendations to others considering SEOTesting:**

Consider the tools you currently use, and if testing is not part of that stack, then I suggest you review it. We have gone through many tools, and 2022 was about streamlining our processes, and the tools that remained were the ones that offered real value. This is one of them.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOTesting helps and provides the insight we need to know to sense-check if a strategy is working. The primary function of this tool is to use it within the testing environment, annotating all that is happening in one place to make it easy to see what was effective, so we can replicate it where possible across client portfolios. We have not explored the content side of things as we use other processes but it is on the list for us to explore further.

 ### 28. As an SOE I can't work without it...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

Ease of use, functionality and community - Nick Swan is the man!

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Not much....in fact, I can't think of anything - maybe have a dark mode setting?

**Recommendations to others considering SEOTesting:**

Go for it, you wont regret it - plus c'mon, it's like 40 GBP a month - for the ROI you will generate it is 100% worth it

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOTesting is awesome. The tool basically reskins Google Search Console in a way that makes the data incredibly actionable. I especially love the fact that I can track clicks generated from URLs - and - which keywords are in position 3-5 that are associated with those URLs - i.e. gives you the ability to optimize and get more traffic. Also love the fact that it integrates with Keyword Everywhere. Highly recommended.

 ### 29. The tool became a part of our core stack for content SEO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Branko K. | Content Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

This was probably the first tool that made SEO testing into something you could do quickly and reliably. Since its start, the product dev team has been adding analytical features to make the testing data more and more valuable.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Not much. I've tried other tools for SEO testing, too, and this one continues to stand out.

**Recommendations to others considering SEOTesting:**

We've made SEO testing into a standard part of our SEO deliverables for clients since adopting this tool. I recommend doing something similar — it's a high-impact practice. So e.g. pick a set of content every month from among the content you published in the last 1–3 months, and use the Search Console data you now have for testing new titles and metas.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEO testing becomes systematic and scaleable thanks to this tool

 ### 30. So good I almost don't want to recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marquis M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

Tracking content clusters is my favorite feature.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Considering it's a new tool, there is room for improvement in the UI. But also, I've been with SEOTesting since the beginning and have seen how much it's improving every month, and also how open to feedback Nick is, so I'm not too fussed about the UI :)

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using SEOTesting, I had to do a lot of reports and spreadsheets manually. SEOTesting took care of all of that for me. I can easily keep tabs on how content clusters are performing and run tests, then track the results. There are a lot of other great features but these are the two main features I rely on in my own daily work.

 ### 31. SEOTesting is both simple and complete

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulo A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

The interface is fast and the time period aggregators are just perfect, something Google Search Console should've added ages ago.
Pricing is fair and it is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

There is not much I dislike about SEOTesting. I have been using it for months and everytime I have a question, Nick answers me fast and the documentation really adds to the mix.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring the quality of my pages on all my 16 websites. We check it regularly to ensure that we are not losing traffic for important pages and queries and the interface makes it easy to understand what is happening.

 ### 32. Great Software - Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody B. | Instructor - MKT-X807 Web Analytics , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

It offers the ability to test your actions and get transparent data.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

Too many features, so need time for education

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

metas and onsite/technical aspects

 ### 33. Best tool on the market for SEO testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff O. | CEO

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

SEOTesting is the best way to see if your SEO efforts are actually working. It's super easy to get started and just requires connecting GSC. Also, the developers actually listen to their customers and are continuously making it even better.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

The UI is a bit convoluted, but it's not a big deal once you get familiar with it.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're an SEO agency, and SEOTesting helps us determine how impactful our SEO efforts are. It also gives us more data points that we can share with our clients, which is a great way to build confidence.

 ### 34. SEOTesting is a must for every digital agency with ecommerce clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy B. | CEO

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

Too many sections to mention but the "low hanging fruit" report and keyword suggestions reports are two that have really helped and have a £value ROI

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

I really feel the branding needs more of the colour red. Red is my fave colour.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So many! 1. Shows us what has worked when it comes to SEO tweaks. 2. We have created new products for our ecommerce clients based on SEOTesting suggestions and they have done sales within hours!

 ### 35. simple and excellent seo tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anant M. | Co-Founder, Codepanel.io, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOTesting?**

Nick has built a simple and excellent product. No jazzy UI. Just clean, useful & actionable data for SEOs to get the job done.

**What do you dislike about SEOTesting?**

I'd like to see more on google discover traffic insights in the future.

**What problems is SEOTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My favourite features are the Content Decay Report & Keyword Cannibalization Report.
