Great recent example of development is how quickly AI features started appearing in the product. This added significantly to the capabilities but no increase in price. I do believe that when they can adding features and value to the product is their top priority. Going right back to the start, all of the integrations were fast and effiicient and that leaves me in no doubt that additional integrations would be handled equally well. One final point, the tools that make up the platform are the equal of any of the standalone products in the space. What then makes al lof this sing as a platform is the way data is handled to drive the efficiency for each process, groups of pages or keywords can be handled seemlessly. Got to say I love it. Our enterprise version has the base product, Automate and 360. **What do you dislike about seoClarity?** Really minor UI points that sometimes make things harder but less so than other products. The best bit is that these can be raised and can often be fixed or added as a change feature. Ideal. My only real dislike is the price but then its hardly expensive for an enterprise product I just can't afford it as a one man band :-) **What problems is seoClarity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its in the name, the product enables SEO, with all its moving parts, to be effectively managed and improved. This is a valuable revenue channel for most online businesses therefore critical. User Interface: I think the user interface of seoClarity could use a touch more user-friendly appeal. Compared to other tools like semrush or seranking, seoClarity can be a bit more intimidating and not intuitive. Once you get the hang of it the customizability is fantastic, but the learning curve is pretty steep. Feature Reliability: Occasionally, some features just don't work properly or provide results that are not very useful. For niche clients, keyword research can be a challenge because the research grid may not have that data, or analytics can pull in funny numbers that just take a quick support ticket to fix. Pricing: Personally I haven't been involved in any pricing discussions so I don't have hard numbers. But from what I understand seoClarity is definitely a premium tool at a premium price (at least from agencies). I know when deciding to put a client on seoClarity or not price is always a major factor. Local SEO for agencies: As an enterprise platform, it's natural for the local tools to be geared towards enterprises. For example, IA is becoming HUGE and instead of leading us to other AI tools, they evolved their technology by implementing their own IA feature within their platform! Our dedicated CSM is also a great asset! We have scheduled syncs every other week to discuss updates to the platform, our current projects and goals of those projects - we are even offered trials of other features or services offered that our CSM feels may help us achive our goals. Something that I also appreciate about the CSM's are that they are very transparent about not only the capabilities of their platform, but also their own knowledge gaps. We turn to our CSM's for assistance and they are able to point us to the appropriate feature for a solution or they will turn to their team for additional assistance to ensure that we are getting the answers and/or solutions we need. Most other SEO tools would struggle with when working on large ecommerce websites, it makes what would usually be a very difficult task, easy. **What do you dislike about seoClarity?** Despite it being an excellent platform there are some downsides. Firstly, daily rank tracking is a paid feature and they use weekly as a default. Whilst this is fine for reporting, it's not very practical for SEOs. Most other tools come with daily tracking as standard.
