The search function is very powerful and fast. Makes finding clients/tasks/notes or specific fields possible.

Custom client views with sorting, filtering, and custom fields are powerful for analysis and comparisons. You can customize the view by every field within your practice which has been very handy to extract information.

It can access the companies house information and provides it as a tab on the client's page. Similarly, it gets dashboard info. from Quickbooks and Xero.

Sending emails, text messages to clients automatically from within Senta is very handy for administrative departments within the firm.

You can upload and view documents related to jobs/clients. It allows time-keeping for each task.

All in all, it's a comprehensive solution with lots of automation and integrations and many small yet handy features that can potentially save man hours if used properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The notification area could be better. The current system is pretty barebone, I liked Glide's notifications more.
