SmartAlloc is an innovative, data-driven platform that helps reduce energy consumption by allocating guest bookings to the most energy-efficient rooms based on your VRV/VRF compressor mapping. SmartAlloc provides an energy-efficient room allocation plan based on known arrivals and departures, drawn from the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).

- Normal rate at USD3.00 per room per month
- Onboarding fee of USD500.00 waived
- Billed only when hotels have less than 75% occupancy
- No long term commitment: 1-Month rolling contract
- For hotels with VRV/VRF systems
- No hardware
