SendX has been amazing for my company. We exist in the personal finance space and do some work with crypto so it was a challenge to find an email system that would allow us to send this type of content while offering the suite of automation tools we needed. SendX was the perfect solution to our email marketing problems. Their customer service is also a massive pro for me. I've never run into an issue they couldn't solve within an hour or two, and their live chat is actually very helpful unlike many others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the features aren't obviously available and the form builder could use some work on the UI side. However, their API allows you to skip the native form part, so not a huge issue at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the segmentation feature.

Our company deals with multiple product types for multiple customer types and we need to address them with specific offers that vary from product to business type. SendX let me segment our campaign contacts by specific tags that we add so we drill down a specific target.

But the best thing is theyr customer service, always ready to help you with personal assistance and understanding fo your needs.

I wish they had more templates for drips even though I sometimes use a blank template; my sequences were not transferred/migrated from ConvertKit so I had to re-create them; bit of a learning curve when it comes to tags, double opt in and automation creation and syncing with third party resources (ie.
