Honestly, Sendoso could do a better job, especially with the widget being in a bad spot. The initial setup isn't that easy; it lags a lot and is honestly annoying. People had tons of issues with it when I joined. It's glitchy, and the way it syncs to Amazon can be problematic. You have to really mess with it to get it to do what you want. I'm not sure if this is company dependent on our settings, but we're limited to some of the product categories we can send. I tried sending a shirt one time but it said that product wasn't able to send (maybe due to sizing) and same with food items. Although, I've found other gifts that work just as well. I have to refresh my page when activating the extension on Amazon. for the sending screen to pop up. I like how Sendoso allows me to incentivize clients and strengthen relationships by sending personalized gifts and celebrating milestones. I think that the filtering to find appropriate channels is a bit cumbersome. Having to select 'North America, United States' every time should be a default setting so that I don't see options for places like Switzerland or Brazil, where I don't have clients. I wish this was a saveable preference to reduce some clicks. I've mistakenly sent GIFs that are only available in regions where my clients aren't, but I was able to fix it quickly. It would be nice to have additional integrations beyond Amazon, like with Gong or another recording platform, to help pull out ideas and use AI to match them. I like that there's so many ways to send through Sendoso. You can use the link, send the email directly in Sendoso, or actually send something to deliver. There's a wide variety of options, which I find really useful especially when working with small customers, small businesses, and prelaunch start-ups. A simple DoorDash gift card goes a long way, and for higher-up enterprise prospects, I can send something nice that they can get delivered. I also like the tracker because it shows you who you sent it to, who's received it, and it helps track who opened it, who redeemed it, and who didn't. It gives some insight into what's working and what's not. The link usage is super helpful because I can tailor my emails to include that link saying something like, 'lunch is on me.' I like that you can take the card, insert the link into your own email, and also use the function to send the email from Sendoso, which sends separately. I've used Sendoso from my own team, and they sent me a Sendoso for a spiff. I found the process to access it to be clunky. It seemed like a somewhat manual process just to get the card because I was having to try several times to access it. I had to download another app to be able to upload it. I like the level of support I receive from their team. They are very communicative when it comes to any issues with shipping or damaged products which inevitably happen with event shipping. The only downside I've encountered is with the filter capabilities within the inventory. It's not a huge deal by any means but could be approved. I'd say the clarity between allowing to click on a link is lacking. So the accessibility for some people that we send gift cards to, it's tough for them to sometimes click on a link that looks like a phishing link. Making it very clear that what we're sending is totally okay and that they can click on the link would be better. I love how easy it is to mass send to all of my customers and clients with Sendoso. It's super easy to pull all those accounts together and make it relevant by auto syncing and auto filling their first name, which is awesome. I think it’s a game changer that you can order off of the Amazon store. It makes it much easier to send gifts that feel truly personal. On the Sendoso store, there aren’t many options like college memorabilia to send to people who are passionate about where they attended school or who are fans of a sports team.
