**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I love how you can approate prospects with a token, you are not buying a meeting, you are building a relationship. Sendoso has awesome options, it's easy to send and redeem, it connects well with my CRM.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

Unfortunately is not available in every country.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I want to confirm a meeting but don't want to be intrusive I just send a coffee and say: Confirming our meeting and sending you a starbucks gift card.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

Sendoso has helped me in my role as a account executive in countless ways. It's helped me get my foot in the door and get executives talking about Autodesk. I wish I had this years ago!

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

Sometimes the packages do not deliver. Maybe it is because of the address though.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me get my foot in the door with executives. It helps influence Autodesk as a partner and brings value.

Wish it was easier to upload gift cards that you want to add to the system

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We send out bulk gift cards to students and sometimes let them choose which gift card they want. By using Sendoso, this saves my team immense amount of time as we can easily send a link and they can choose. This cuts down on the back and forth.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I love how easy Sendoso is to use. I have been using it for the past couple of years, both as an Outbound SDR sending e-gifts to potential prospects and also as a CSM sending e-gifts to current customers. Sendoso is easy to use a sharable link and track gift cards I have sent.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

While their technical support team is very responsive, I recently reached out to their team using the chat feature and have not yet received a solution on a technical issue.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendoso helps me to surprise prospects/customers with quick e-gift cards. This also comes in handy when I have an unresponsive contact.

I've been using Sendoso for the past two years, and it has streamlined my gift fulfillment. I send both physical gifts and virtual gifts weekly. Sendoso's platform makes the entire process seamless and efficient

Purchasing gifts through the Amazon connection can trigger issues and delays. I hope that this gets improved as time goes on.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I love Sendoso! I've used it in so many instances: raffles, session participation, benefits fairs, to boost client engagement. I've also used Sendoso for quarterly campaigns I ran this year to engage more with my POC's and their employees. It's so easy to use! I use it all the time.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

We did run into a few snags this year with platform changes, which left me feeling like I didn't have any other sending options to clients during renewal season.

Sendoso was an easy tool for so many instances. I would say the primary goal of my using Sendoso was to help boost participation and engagement from my clients.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I love the ease of use and all of the new features. I've been using the platform for over a year and during that time, they've rolled out the pun generator with AI, Party Links, and more. More than the product itself, is the people. The support we received while using this tool has been incredible. Not only was Sendoso Support helpful, but our Customer Success Manager was amazing. She was very responsive, helped with implementing the tool into our workflow and rolled it out to the sales teams for their use, and could answer any question we had. We never had to wait more than 24 hours for a response. To me, that is Sendoso's competitive edge. The capabilities are great and we certainly saw an increase in pipeline and lead generation while we were using the product.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

It is pricey & difficult to get buy in from higher ups who have not used the platform. There is a big of a learning curve to use it and it can be difficult to advocate for such a pricey tool. 

The sendoso tracker is not very helpful - I find I have to download the csv in order to actually find a name instead of searching it using the search bar.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendoso took care of all of the annoying things about direct mail - shipping, stamping, packaging & worrying about breakage, etc. We were able to choose customized gifts to different segments and knew that they would get there safely.

I like that it has been easy to send prospects the gift card they want even if they're in the US or Canada.

It has made setting up appointments super  easy with this tool.

Sendoso is very user-friendly.  It's simple to set up and manage campaigns. The support team is also very helpful and approachable.

Sendoso does integrate with Salesforce, which is great, but I have found that setting up specific triggers can be tricky or even not possible.

Sendoso is great for easy prospect / customer touch-points.  Lots of creative options that we can build into fun campaigns.

The amount of choices across e-gifts, marketplace gifts etc.  It is so easy to quickly fund your account and set up a campaign.  The fact that address verification is built in really helps us to reach people without having to ask for their address.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I love how easy it is to quickly send gift cards to prospects and clients. The platform's interface is intuitive, making it simple to navigate and complete transactions efficiently. The variety of gifting options available also allows for a personalized touch, enhancing our outreach efforts and building stronger relationships with our leads. We frequenlty use this platform to gain traction with new prospects. I've had to use customer support once and received very quick replies. My team explained that the ease of implementation was notable and fluid across the org. It was easily integrated with our CRM as well.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

Sometimes, the 'Clicked' status for eGifts can be misleading, as it includes previews from platforms like iMessage. This has caused issues with refunds for unclaimed gifts. Improving how these interactions are tracked would greatly enhance the user experience.

Sendoso helps us streamline our B2B sales and marketing efforts by making it easy to send personalized gift cards and other gifts to prospects and clients. This has significantly improved our engagement rates and helped build stronger relationships. The platform’s automation and tracking features save time and provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of our campaigns, ensuring our outreach is both efficient and impactful.

Sometimes the integration with Google Chrome gets disconnected on my end and I have to exit email to use the tool.

Sendoso solves the problem of adding value to meetings when the prospect is not convinced they want the meeting. Also a great way to thank prospective clients for the time!!

Sendoso is very user friendly and intuitive. It was extremlyl easy to plug into our system and integrate into our processes.

The only thing that I would change is once a party link is created that it would hold true to that $ value. Once the campaign is chnaged to a different amount, the party link is also changed to that amount as well

Sendoso is helping us incentivize prospects to book a meeting with our Accoutn Development post event. This has propelled our campaigns and have lead them to be the most successful to date.

I had a lot of trouble when it disconnected and since it is most important to very low intent customers, I didn't have a ton of motivation to fix it.

There are structural timers that have to be renewed which makes sense for end users. For managers and above though, I would appreciate options the administrator can toggle to extend those by quarter.

- Easy to see who / when someone clicks the gift card 
- Has an extension with Gmail/Chrome, so I don't have to switch tabs when trying to send a gift

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

- The contact's email address doesn't always populate when I'm using the Gmail/Chrome extension and I have to manually type it in 
- I've accidentally clicked the link and it has auto-redeemed before 
- The $ range filter isn't helpful because the increments are too large

We send lots of $5 Starbucks gift cards and $15 Uber Eats... Sendoso makes creating and sending a gift card very seamless.

Sendoso support team is always very responsive and helpful. They are always adding new gifts to their marketplace and the amazon integration is great!

Not really a downside but would be cool if they had more options for international shipping

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I use Sendoso to try to engage with prospects that are difficult to reach, sending apology gifts to make things right if my team dropped the ball, and welcome customers after they sign with merch and other gifts. This is a unique personal touch that I think builds rapport and shows that me and my team are going the extra mile.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

The Salesforce integration/plug in is clunky and slow to load and can be confusing. I much prefer using the Sendoso UI directly.

Relationship and rapport building and helping to engage difficult-to-reach prospects in key accounts.

The platform makes it incredibly easy to create personalized gifting campaigns, which have helped us stand out and penetrate accounts in ways that traditional email/messaging/calls can not. Flexibility with sending anything from gift cards to other items. Customer support has been amazing. Fast response always.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

Better visibility.  Items may go out of stock, with no communication even after an order has been submitted. Limited customization/personalization especially with note cards

Sendoso is an extremely straightforward gifting platform for me to send prospects gift cards for taking meetings.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

This is minor- but it drives me crazy when I generate a $5 gift card, copy the code, and exit out of the pop up with the code and it takes me back to the home page. I wish it would stay on the $5 gifting page for me to keep generating codes for other prospects.

Gifting to prospects taking a meeting- it increases the amount of demos we give and helps fill our pipeline.

Flexible team that has been able to successfully manage and collaborate on our various requests. We rebranded our company and needed to create all new swag and branded merchandise, and the Sendoso team was able to manage all of the incoming requests that came along with this initiative.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

There are dozens of ways you can procure products and send, it can be difficult to remember which option is best for your use case. Some delays in response times from support team.

My team has used Sendoso for several campaigns, including direct mail offers to customers, gifts to speakers at our events, and sales plays. It's a super useful tool.

Not everyone on the team has a license and so when someone else needs to send a gift to a customer through another's license, there's not a good way to create a link for the sender to send the gift themselves without also needing a verification step.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I love being able to send a gift with just a few clicks. Things like gift cards and "lunch on me" seem small, but they go a long way in booking inital meetings with perspecrive customers.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

The website is a bit confusing and it takes a long time to navigate to certain gifts like gift cards. The search function does not always work making it take longer than it should to find certain gifts.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a hard enough time as sales people booking meetings off of cold outreach. Because of Sendoso, I have been able to book 2x meetings than before. Just offering "lunch on me" to bring to our initial meeting has really increased my held meeting rate. Even small things like a coffee for an early morning meeting has helped as well.

In Reachdesk, we were able to send giftcards with the same currency to multiple countries. For instance being able to send gift card offers to anyone that uses the Euro using one campaign. Sendoso team said this was coming when we bought, but it's been months with no updates.

I have to specify I'm based in the US for each search and it would be nice if it could detect my location. My first send I didn't realize was only available in Colombia, so I had to go back through and resend a differnt gift. Also, the send tracker isn't super intuitive and interactive.

Easy to use, lots of options across gift type and even company / product specific touches to choose from, have the ability to choose how the gift is messaged and used, either for an early stage prospect to help get a meeting or to help nurture a prospective customer in an active deal cycle, revive not now opps and overall be a "thinking of you" platform reps can leverage.

Cannot say I have come across any dislikes. Am fortunate my company invests in the tool.

Sendoso is great for getting sales prospects to feel like you care about them in a world that has heavy sales outreach. When a prospect tells you something small about their personal life and then you follow-up by sending something to celebrate a small win, it strengthens the relationship. It's very easy to use, and very easy for the recipient to claim the gift as well.

It's sometimes a bit hard to find the gift I am looking for in the search engine, and there is a lack of variety in physical gifts vs gift cards, but overall very happy.
