**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I find Sendoso invaluable for my sales outreach, especially due to its capacity to facilitate easier follow-ups through sending packages, as opposed to relying solely on cold calls. This makes engaging with larger companies more effective. I greatly appreciate the ability to send gift cards (GC), as they prove beneficial in securing meetings or as a gesture of goodwill when clients encounter issues. The variety of sends available is a standout feature for me, as it allows for a tailored approach to each contact, particularly around holidays when I can customize messaging accordingly. The integration with our Salesforce system is fantastic, aiding in a more cohesive workflow. Additionally, client feedback has been very positive, reinforcing the value Sendoso adds to my communication strategies.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I find the process of sending out different gifts to be time-consuming. Additionally, the lack of notification regarding undeliverable mailing addresses is frustrating. If I were alerted about undeliverable addresses beforehand, I would avoid sending packages to those addresses, saving time and resources.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I like how Sendoso takes care of the logistics of gift delivery, as it takes a weight off my shoulders. By sending gift cards that customers can choose from different options, Sendoso facilitates a personalized and unique experience for each recipient. This functionality not only improves customer loyalty towards us but also greatly simplifies the logistical process, which is crucial since I collaborate with the sales team. Additionally, its ease of initial setup, as long as the necessary data is available, is something I have valued from the beginning. Although some challenges were mentioned, such as issues with gift card redemption and communication failures by external shipping companies, the platform remains largely reliable for my needs in terms of problem resolution.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

With Sendoso, I have had problems trying to redeem the gift cards, which cause many inconveniences. Additionally, I have experienced difficulties with some deliveries and the related notifications, especially when the process is in the hands of the shipping company.

I have found that speed of Sendoso direct deliveries to be an issue in the past - understanding there is a timing element to fulfilling these orders, however, they have felt slow a few times I've leveraged them

I like Sendoso's plentiful gift options and the ability to access Amazon to choose gifts, which allows our clients to choose what's important to them. The support from Andres at Sendoso was wonderful and helped us tremendously during the setup.

I cannot alphabetize or sort my funding sources or my users. The setup of Sendoso was rather difficult.

What I like best about Sendoso is the ease of use. It provides us with an easy platform for gifting, allows us to source new materials or house current items in the warehouse, and streamlines our gifting into a professional looking, holistic program. Also, the integration into Salesforce make's it easy to analyze and track our gifting efforts.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I've found that some of the custom branded products are lower quality than our other vendors at a similar price point, so we're shipping in more items to the warehouse than we'd like. Also, you can pay to play on processing times but with a limited budget you really need to plan ahead to make sure you account for the processing and shipping times.

Custom touches make it easy to send gifts that I use often. I send a lot of gift cards and it is a very quick process. The team has also been really easy to work with for custom swag orders.

I wish I could add a subject line or something to remember what each gift card is for. I often have to click into the send tracker item to see what I wrote in the message.

The ability to send both digital and physical gifts, track results, and avoid the hassle of address confirmation has made our experience seamless and impactful. **What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

One challenge we've faced is that engagement from account executives is not as high as from marketing. I would like to see increased usage among warm prospects to further boost customer lifetime value. While Sendoso is easy to use, driving consistent adoption across all teams, especially AEs, remains an area for improvement. More features or guidance to encourage AE participation and engagement would be helpful.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I've been really happy with Sendoso so far. It has a direct integration with our CRM, which makes it easy for our teams to send out gifts or swag directly from a prospect's account. It's a great way to cut through all the usual noise and get noticed.

I also like that there are so many options—we can send everything from a small, branded gift to a nice dinner to an e-gift card. It's been perfect for everything from thanking research participants to getting survey responses from our ICP. Being able to track everything in one place and see when things are delivered and opened is a huge plus.

I can't see any negatives, we've been very happy.

We did not have any way to incentivize survey responses, or to easily thank our research participants in the past. Sendoso allows us to do both.

We need to plan things a little bit early than usual. Marketing activities are dynamic in nature, how much ever we plan early we still have a last-minute requirement. I also understand the scale at which Sendoso works it's not a fair ask to do things overnight.

As a gifting platform, Sendoso makes it easy to set up a variety of personal touches that we integrate into marketing campaigns and internal engagement activities.

I appreciate the variety of options, between their gifting marketplace, inventoried sends (items that we produce, store, and ship out from their Phoenix warehouse), or utilizing campaign services.

Our rep has been great, and their Sendoso admin training program is robust (at the time I did it, it came with a fun gift, too!).

A bit pricey; needs to be justified with a strong gifting strategy / ROI.

Helps with one-off gifting, marketing incentives, ABM touches, and setting up more complex gift campaigns (e.g. custom box full of branded items that can be managed in your Sendoso inventory).

Incredibly difficult to use UI. Very non-intuitive, so they could do a in-app product tour or just improve the product. And they could add a few more commonly used ecommerce options like costco.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

We use Sendoso to send gifts to select customers.  There is a large selection of physial and electronic gifts covering a wide variety of occasions and preferences. The filtering options allow you to look for items within certain price ranges, themes, and other criteria.  We also like the ability to order branded items.  The team that supports us is responsive and provides excellent service for our specialty orders.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

The prices for the food and drink categories and some of the gift boxes are high.  Something like $50-60 for a dozen cookies is a bit much.  The process for ordering custom/branded items is a bit clunky (google form) though it works.

It greatly simplifies the process of sending customer gifts for a variety of use cases
