**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In sales, there are often things outside of our control - credits not being granted, discounting being denied, or service interruptions. I am able to use sendoso to help retain clients and keep them happy when things outside of my control is impacting their experience.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I love how easy it is to use. It also saves me a lot of time, I had to go through my marketing department to get merch, and now I just select what I need. I also love the variety of options that we have access to; it really helps me find the best gift/merch for my customers, so it feels a little bit more personalized.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

Maybe making it easier to find specific things, like merch. I had a hard time finding merch for my international customers, if we could have more options for my customers abroad (merch), that would make life easier. My workaround for this is to send myself merch and then I have to go to the post office and send it to my customer abroad.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving having to go through my marketing department and fill out forms to get merch/gifts approved. Having to go to third-party websites and wait for reimbursement. Love have the ability to find something and how easy it is.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

It is a gifting platform that does allow you to automate campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

We had a very frustrating experience with Sendoso and ultimately decided to cancel our contract.

Our organization used Sendoso not only for gift sending, but also for warehousing and shipping materials for events and marketing initiatives. 

The platform is expensive, and the user experience is far more unintuitive than expected. Basic workflows and billing management were difficult to navigate, which was challenging for our whole team.

Customer support was one of the biggest issues. When problems came up, it was extremely difficult to get timely assistance. There were no direct phone numbers or clear escalation paths to speak with someone live when urgent issues occurred, which made resolution times feel unnecessarily long.

The final straw for us was the offboarding process. After deciding to cancel, it has taken over seven weeks just to get our inventory organized and the return process started, which has been disappointing and disruptive to our operations.

Allowing clients to self select gift cards that they would like.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I love the many avenues for sending 1:1 gifts - their marketplace (both physical gifts & e-gifts), Amazon. This means it's pretty rare that there is a gift that can't be sent.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I wish I had a dedicated TSM or support person. Submitting tickets and going back and forth over email with a support person takes days to solve a problem that often could be figured out over a quick virtual meeting.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales team quickly embraced Sendoso! We finally have a single solution to send both branded and non branded personalized gifts to prospects and customers without needing to know their address. Being able to send a link for someone to choose to accept a gift (or donate to charity) has been a huge help.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I like that there's so many ways to send through Sendoso. You can use the link, send the email directly in Sendoso, or actually send something to deliver. There's a wide variety of options, which I find really useful especially when working with small customers, small businesses, and prelaunch start-ups. A simple DoorDash gift card goes a long way, and for higher-up enterprise prospects, I can send something nice that they can get delivered. I also like the tracker because it shows you who you sent it to, who's received it, and it helps track who opened it, who redeemed it, and who didn't. It gives some insight into what's working and what's not. The link usage is super helpful because I can tailor my emails to include that link saying something like, 'lunch is on me.' I like that you can take the card, insert the link into your own email, and also use the function to send the email from Sendoso, which sends separately. Lastly, setting up an account was pretty easy, which let me send funds and gifts to prospects quickly.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I've used Sendoso from my own team, and they sent me a Sendoso for a spiff. I found the process to access it to be clunky. It seemed like a somewhat manual process just to get the card because I was having to try several times to access it. I had to download another app to be able to upload it. I think that could be improved, especially in terms of the user experience on the prospects' end.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Sendoso solves the problem of getting prospects to attend meetings by building trust and bridging gaps with them, which is very well received.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I like the level of support I receive from their team. They are very communicative when it comes to any issues with shipping or damaged products which inevitably happen with event shipping. I have a fantastic customer success manager who we meet with weekly to either strategize or talk through any hurdles we have.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

The only downside I've encountered is with the filter capabilities within the inventory. It's not a huge deal by any means but could be approved. The nice thing is once you make suggestions this gets passed to the team and they do work on improving the platform.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving so many problems! As an event coordinator, they are taking our storage and shipping out of my house. Now I just have to coordinate is instead of physically packing and shipping the items. They are also handling our internal company store and our gifting. We are able to ramp up on internal and external gifting. Multiple teams can be added and manage their own, so it takes the burden off one department and one person.

I especially like the seamless integration with CRM and marketing automation platforms, the wide variety of gifting options, the global fulfillment capabilities, and the detailed reporting, which makes it easier to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Certain gifting options may not be available in every region, and setting up campaigns for highly customized programs can require additional planning. I’d also like to see more flexibility in the reporting dashboards, along with greater customization options for notifications and approvals.

It solves the challenge of scaling personalized customer engagement without creating extra operational work. Instead of manually managing gifts, shipping and tracking, the platform automates the entire process. I think it’s a game changer that you can order off of the Amazon store. It makes it much easier to send gifts that feel truly personal. On the Sendoso store, there aren’t many options like college memorabilia to send to people who are passionate about where they attended school or who are fans of a sports team. Amazon makes it possible to send a gift that’s personalized in that way.

Prospects, I think, may be skeptical about redeeming a gift through Sendoso.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

Sendoso was very easy to set up, and it’s been a great way to enable both marketers and sellers with gifting. The onboarding team and the CSM team have been extremely helpful throughout the process, and they’ve helped take our gifting efforts to the next level. We can now send gifts in a matter of seconds.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

To start gifting with Sendoso, you have to add funds upfront. The downside is that once those funds are added, there isn't a way to withdraw them, so it’s important to be strategic about how much you add and how frequently you top up.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our ADMs, AEs, and CSMs use gifting in a variety of ways, from RBEs to helping set meetings and ensuring they stick. It also helps us move stalled conversations forward, re-engage old leads or opptys, and expand champions and use cases.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

Their warehouse is run very efficiently and our inventory/bundles have been shipped out on time and correctly every single time so far. For us, the timeliness and correctness of the sends is critical to our campaigns, so this is the greatest part of working with Sendoso to-date.

Secondarily, when we have a question or a small issue, their almost immediate support response is really great. 

The onboarding experience was excellent in ensuring that our platform was set up properly, all received excellent training, and the overall importance that the onboarding specialist put on making sure we were comfortable with the platform was very welcome.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

Extremely antiquated and old UI. It's a very cumbersome interface that doesn't look or act like a platform in 2026. It takes too many steps to set up campaigns in a lot of cases, with multiple ways to set them up. Especially when you want to do things like providing a gift cost range to senders so that they can pick the denomination to send as a e-gift card. You have to set it up in an older workflow. 

Also, with campaigns that require emails, you should be able to set up a consistent message per campaign that no matter the sender is always the same (and perhaps allows them to customize) for each send. Adding in variable data fields into a campaign message would also be great. Again, very challenging and too many steps to do something so fundamental in these sends.

We also work in a few different international locations, and getting standard things like coffee e-gift cards in those locations seems to be problematic. Sendoso says that it's set up for international sends/gifting, but there seem to be limits on certain things. Would like more options, choices and an ability to really utilize the platform more in places outside the United States where we have marketshare.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendoso, with their acquisitions of Alyce, Postal, and now Merch, seem to be making some serious headway in providing more options and upgrades to their platform and capabilities. I know they spent a fair amount of time fixing/adjusting the warehousing situation which was a major problem for them a few years ago, and those changes implemented in the warehouse have had a profoundly positive impact on our ability to get items out to recipients on time and for a good market price.

Alyce and Postal had really great UI, and we're hopeful that Sendoso is working on theirs to bring it up to those standards with ease-of-use being the primary objective. We hope to benefit from new UI soon.

The Merch acquisition seems to be a great step in providing more physical gifting options/swag that are higher calibre items to the platform, which is great. We have not yet taken advantage of it, but plan to. 

We are in the process of cleaning up our tech stack, and with that the implementation of HubSpot. We are excited to work next on the Sendoso and HubSpot integration for triggering certain kinds of campaign sends.

I like how easy it is to use Sendoso. With just a couple of clicks, I can send gifts out quickly. I also like the notification system because it lets me know if the recipient opens the email with the gift. Since I'm busy with other tasks, I appreciate how the notification system makes it easy to track the status of all my gifts. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

Nothing that I can think of.

Sendoso helps me get in the door with higher level prospects and maintain good relationships. It's easy to use with just a few clicks to send gifts, and the notification system keeps me updated on gift status without constant checking.

We like that Sendoso takes care of mailing everything for our swag. Not dealing with having to manually mail things anymore really saves us time. It also helps us focus more on the campaigns and swag itself instead of doing the administrative work.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I think the Sendoso UI/UX experience is one of its weakest areas. There are a lot of interactions and flows that don't feel intuitive, which as created unnecessary friciton for our team. Some of the navigation and information architecture make it difficult to understand how different pieces connect. There have been multiple points where we have had to spend extra time figuring out the product rather than accomplishing the task because it's not intuitive. Their integrations I also think need a lot of work and documentation can be outdated.

We use Sendoso to manage swag inventory, avoiding manual fulfillment and having centralized oversight, which reduces administrative work.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

Sendoso has been a great all-in-one platform for gifting and swag management. The ability to procure branded swag directly through the platform simplifies the entire process, from sourcing to fulfillment, and removes a lot of operational overhead for our team. Event sends, party links, and campaigns make it easy to manage larger initiatives, track engagement, and keep everything organized in one place rather than across multiple tools or spreadsheets.

We also really value the Marketo integration, which allowed us to automate our Community Point store and eliminate the need to manually fulfill orders. That automation has saved significant time and made our programs much easier to scale. Overall, Sendoso makes it easy to execute, track, and manage gifting programs efficiently while maintaining a strong brand experience.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

One area for improvement is support for international event sends. While Sendoso works well for individual global gifting, it’s not well suited for coordinating large-scale international event sends, which limits its usefulness for global programs. Additionally, inventory visibility can be confusing—items that are out of stock still appear in the inventory tab, making it harder to quickly understand what’s actually available and adding extra steps when planning or executing sends.

Sendoso helps solve the operational challenges of managing gifting and swag at scale. It eliminates the need to manually source, store, track, and fulfill branded merchandise, while also simplifying event sends and ongoing campaigns through centralized tracking and reporting. With built-in integrations like Marketo, Sendoso reduces manual work by automating programs such as our Community Point store, allowing us to move away from manual fulfillment and spreadsheets. Overall, it helps streamline complex logistics, improve visibility, and save time while still delivering a high-quality, on-brand gifting experience.

I think redeeming gift cards are a bit to complex. Sometimes prospects think its spam because it makes them open multiple windows before they get the gift card.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I like that Sendoso is very easy to use, which makes tasks simple and efficient for me. I mostly use e-gift cards and sometimes send actual gifts to the office, and it's a nice little touch that adds value. I also appreciate how it helps me build long-term relationships with clients, especially those I haven't been able to reach before. Sendoso solves the challenge of rewarding clients and makes it easier to reach people by phone. The initial setup was also very easy, which is a big plus for me. Overall, I like everything about it and don't have any constructive feedback. It's definitely a 10 out of 10 for me.

Learning to set up a campaign at first was a bit confusing. I wish there was a way to create a standing, always-on landing page feature. There are some gifts that we send regularly that would be better to have an always-on landing page.

I like how easy it is to set up a campaign with Sendoso and the flexibility to either send swag from your branded store library or order new swag through Sendoso. I also appreciate the international marketplace feature to send local gifts. The platform's user-friendliness makes these features more valuable because I can set things up quickly and efficiently. It doesn't take me much time to send a gift, and I don't need to know the recipient's address because Sendoso sends out a link for the recipient to input their own address.

I think sometimes it's hard for me to navigate, especially when setting up a campaign. There's just a lot of options, and I wish we could simplify it or possibly get AI recommendations based on what we've done in the past.

Easy to setup campaigns, lots of options in the marketplace as well. They also provide great resources via Sendoso University. I also like how they allow a variety of ways to send gifts via party link, 1:1, etc. and have great controls. Also, Andres was fantastic with onboarding, 10/10!

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

The UI/UX as a sender could be much better, it seems outdated. Also, the gifts show weird descriptions (marketplace gifts) to the gift receiver as well that don't make sense for someone receiving a gift to see. I will say we called out the weird descriptions with support and they were quick about fixing it. Lastly, the landing pages aren't as customizable as competitors.

Providing a great way to thank partners and clients in a memorable way or even simply sending a food gift card for pre/post enablement sessions. The ability to store swag in the warehouse is huge as our team is spread widely throughout the country.

The selection of gifts available is impressive. I find the feature that allows recipients to exchange their gifts during checkout particularly useful. A little more details in the "send tracker" page would be great. Like till when is the address confirmation link valid etc. Similarly, if i have enabled the option to let the prospect exchange gifts during checkout.

The feature that recommends gifts based on a prospect's email address is excellent, as it saves me significant time that I would otherwise spend researching suitable gifts. It has proven to be very effective as a way to send a congratulatory or friendly message, rather than just a sales-related follow-up.

Giftology is the perfect way to break through the noise, generate feelings of reciprocity, and the real-time alerts and tracking make follow-up easy. Not to mention that it takes a lot of the pressure off of cold calling/messaging when you can reference the gift in your outreach. I've never needed any customer support, but I also hear they are very responsive.  I use Sendoso every day, and it integrates directly into our HubSpot workflows.

I wish you only paid for the gifts that are redeemed, but I don't think that is the case. To be honest, though, I could be wrong, I'm not paying the bill.

There are a lot of options for gifts, and recent improvements to their platform make it even easier to send. We were also able to integrate with our custom CRM so our reps can send directly from customer accounts.

Easiest to use if you use Salesforce or another platform they're integrated with. Custom integrations present unique challenges (although, that's not totally unexpected).

Sendoso has been most effective in helping us land more meetings and re-engage accounts with e-gift cards. It's also really nice to be able to send physical gifts when we need a more personal touch. Sendoso's marketing is great and the sales process was fast-moving — I made the assumption that the platform would allow us to more easily accomplish our goals.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I do not believe I have ever had a more negative experience with a vendor — our team was aiming to stand up Sendoso for a holiday campaign and were clear about the deadline across the process. 

At every step of the way, we ran into obstacles - the portal had several near comical bugs preventing submission and ordering items, the ability to upload images for our files did not allow any amount of re-sizing or configuration, the  shipping was unclear and in one shipment they forgot to package an item, sending items was also navigating a design maze that required several support conversations. This campaign was important for the company & we should have 100% done it ourselves without selecting Sendoso - I feel confident that it would have went smoother, involved less friction at every turn, and I am now counting down the months on the contract to select a different vendor. Until now, I've never felt compelled to write a G2 review, but honestly wish that I would have seen this note before making my decision - I would highly recommend not moving forward with Sendoso if you need to move with any urgency for a campaign or value products that you can navigate independent of support.

The Sendoso interface is easy to navigate, and I like how the engagement for each gift can be tracked.

Not much, it does not always work but that's not a issue specific to Sendoso.

Sendoso provides an easy way to make a more personal connection with a prospect.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

The ease of use and the overall space, time and resources it saves with us not having to ship out of our office

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

Some of the login processes and two factor setups have given us some issues but overall there are not too many issues.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem sendoso fixes is send tracking and actually organizing the data that we can then link to salesforce
