What I like best about SendJim relationship marketing is that it enables us to market to our target clientele in ideal neighborhoods. We use the Radius Bomb tool along with the Quick Sends tool to select the neighborhoods we want to market to and send them personalized, high-quality postcards to them. The only thing that I dislike about SendJim is that they do not have a newsletter option to send to our target market and existing clients. They do have a letter option but as far as I can see there are no high-quality newsletter options to personalize and send out. The constant tutorial pop-ups are annoying and I haven't found it to be very user friendly. Also, there hasn't been much updates for quite a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SendJim is very easy to use. The post cards are high quality, glossy, and heavy weight. The designs are very generic and basic, but you can design your own cards and upload those designs for a more customized card. They ship out quickly. The software is incredibly easy to use and takes very little time mastering. They have a large selection of tutorials and videos to help speed up the learning process. The SendJim team offers incredible customer support and really sets you up for success with their program. They also offer business tips in some of their tutorial videos and really make sure that you can succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can add up to be bit pricey. They use a credit system so it is easy to forget to tie that to the amount per credit. Post cards are reasonable, but the gifts definitely end up being pricey. Credits do go on sale, though, and you can set a spending cap, especially if you use any integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
