"Reliable partner for email marketing"

What do you like best about Brevo Marketing Platform?

I've been using Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for 5 years. It has been and is a reliable provider in email marketing for, and I could establish my own professional services on them. Now, I see that the continuous development is one of the top priorities at Brevo, meanwhile the prices are lower that at other email marketing service providers. The number of features and functions increased over the years. As I see, we can count on Brevo in email markeing in the future as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo Marketing Platform?

Few years ago the customer service was horrible, and I heard it back from others as well. But, it has been changed afterwards, and now I really like the professionalism and the agility how people at Brevo handle my queries and support me in my issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Total unreliability, the amount of times i have drafted newsletters only to have them fully disppear or not save successfully. Compared to Mailchimp and Klaviyo, you cannot depend on the reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
