What do you dislike about Sender.net?

One area for improvement would be having more fitness-oriented or high-energy email templates that better match our brand style. We’d also benefit from tighter integrations with fitness booking or member management systems. While the platform works well overall, these upgrades would help us move even faster and keep everything more visually aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I value Sender.net for its functionality and usability. The platform offers reliable automation, clear analytics, and a straightforward email editor, allowing efficient execution of campaigns without unnecessary complexity. I appreciate the platform's stability and consistent performance; campaigns send reliably, automations run without interruptions, and reporting remains accessible even during high-volume sends. The segmentation and personalization features are particularly valuable, helping us target different user groups effectively for both product communications and client-driven campaigns. What do you dislike about Sender.net?

While Sender.net performs well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The template library could benefit from more modern, conversion-focused designs, especially for SaaS and product-led use cases. Additionally, expanding the range of native integrations with common development, CRM, and analytics tools would further streamline workflows. In addition to templates and integrations, improvements to customization depth would be valuable—particularly more control over dynamic content and conditional logic within emails. Enhanced role-based access controls could also help larger teams manage permissions more effectively. Lastly, more advanced reporting options, such as deeper cohort or lifecycle analytics, would further support data-driven decision-making for product and growth teams. What do you dislike about Sender.net?

The template selection could be more modern, and additional native integrations would be helpful. The core features work well, but a bit more polish would improve the overall experience. The templates could include more modern layouts, such as cleaner designs, better mobile optimization, and more industry-specific options. For integrations, adding more native connections with popular tools like Shopify, WordPress, and CRMs would reduce the need for third-party automation and make workflows smoother. What do you like best about Sender.net?

(1) Generous free plan - 2,500 subscribers, with no stinginess.

(2) Good help desk: Gabrielle and Skylar were great! What do you dislike about Sender.net?

So far no issues found. I am about to send our Christmas letter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Campaign Design and Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

I like the simplicity of audience handling and campaign designer.

I also have had several customer support issues that were resolved really quickly and competently by an actual person – in my case Syklar did a great job helping me with a bug on the site's FAQ instructions that I tried to implement into my email campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

I would like a video embed that displays a play button and the option to set your own thumbnail instead of an auto-generated gif.

Also setting up the DMARC, DKIM etc to be able to send from my company's email address has been kinda time-consuming, however also informative Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
