"A Growth Marketer's Dream: Unifies and Amplifies Efforts"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

I really like Sender.net for its visual automation builder, which lets us map out complex user journeys without needing to write any code. The ability to set up behavioral triggers, like 'if user clicks link X, wait 2 days, then send SMS Y,' has really transformed our trial-to-paid funnel. The omnichannel integration is also a huge plus since having both email and SMS in one dashboard is incredibly valuable for sending urgent product updates. Their real-time heatmap reporting is fantastic for understanding where users lose interest in our newsletters, which allows us to optimize our CTAs on the fly. These features form the core of our 'set-and-forget' growth engine, acting like a 24/7 sales assistant with decision trees and multi-branch automations. The seamless integration of SMS into our workflows has greatly improved our re-engagement rates, and the heatmap provides clear, data-driven insights into user interactions. The setup was incredibly frictionless and fast, which is just what our fast-moving growth team needed. From account creation to launching our first automated sequence, it was effortless. I would rate Sender.net a perfect 10 out of 10 for its balance of high-level automation and a clean interface that supports our growth strategy efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

While the value is high, there are a few bottlenecks for a growing growth team. We’d like to see more advanced funnel tracking in the reports; right now, we can see who clicked, but we’d love more 'journey-level' data to see where users are dropping off within a multi-step automation. Additionally, while the omnichannel features are great, the template library could use a refresh with more modern, SaaS-specific designs—we often find ourselves doing a lot of custom styling to get that 'tech-first' look. Finally, as we scale, more native integrations with product analytics tools (like Mixpanel or PostHog) would be a huge win to reduce our reliance on third-party connectors for syncing in-app events. What do you like best about Sender.net?

I like how easy Sender.net makes professional communication at scale. The automation tools are great for nurturing buyers and sellers with timely, relevant emails. I appreciate the segmentation feature, which helps tailor messages by property type, location, or stage in the buying process. The interface is clean and straightforward, making it user-friendly. The reporting feature gives clear insights into which campaigns drive inquiries and viewings. The reliability and deliverability are impressive, with our property alerts and follow-up emails consistently landing in inboxes. Scheduling and automation workflows run smoothly, helping us stay in touch even when busy. I find that Sender.net is built to support growth without adding extra complexity. I also like the better pricing, simpler automation, and flexibility for managing segmented real estate leads compared to what we had before with Mailchimp.
