What do you like best about Sender.net?
the application is very easy to use, however as we say in Greece, "their strong card" is the customer service is the best I have come across so far

Sending sms is more expensive than the competition and it is not easy to send, every time we tried to send we encountered technical problems

What do you like best about Sender.net?

What do you like best about Sender.net?
I've reached out to their customer service chat on two different occasions and in both situations, they assisted me promptly and in a very human way. Nothing about the technicians' responses was rehearsed or robotic and it felt like I received one-on-one customized personal service both times. In particular, I appreciated that I was able to send screenshots of my problem and the representative sent me pictures back to better direct me to a resolution. What do you dislike about Sender.net?
I ran into some trouble changing the main email for the account and swapping administration rights when I first tried the platform. Unfortunately, I canceled my account before reaching out for assistance and was not able to reinstate the account / use my business name with a new profile. I can appreciate why the Business Name is locked after an account is deleted, but I'm not sure why the original owner of the business cannot regain access to the name by reaching out to customer service (within a specific time period). Sender.net is very affordable and easy to use, the ability to customize email templates and the Analytics help improve campaigns constantly and effectively. There are no restrictions on features such as Drag and drop feature or Pre-made templates or can able to upload HTML templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sender.net?
I like the ease of creating and sending campaigns. Adding subscribers one-by-one, or through a spreadsheet makes the process quick. I can format a campaign with my logos or simply send a text-only campaign. Sender.net is very flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
