The most helpful thing I like about this application is that the usability of this application is so properly designed and therefore simple to use for completely new individuals, particularly the step-by-step process. I like that we can make sections as well as blocks. It makes it so much easier. I also like that you can change the color of an entire document at one time. One the account is set up, creating email campaigns with the WYSIWYG editor works decently well, and the sending is efficient and accurate. I have asked multiple questions via chat and email about how certain API features work, and the responses I get are inaccurate, contradict what little documentation is on their support site, or are completely off-topic to what I asked. The best thing about sender is the customer service team who are always so quick to reply on chat. I've spoken to a few of them and they've been so quick to help. They can see your account, so you don't really need to screenshot things to send to them. Tom was especially helpful today, so I wanted to leave this review. The billing system isn't as efficient as it could be. Most platforms will automatically email you an invoice. I didn't get any notification from Sender that my 12 months plan was expiring. This delayed one of my campaigns because it completely stopped sending emails. It told me to buy more credits, so I did. But then the follow up email didn't send. I should have recieved an email to tell me that the follow up email hasn't been sent. I did not get any emails from Sender. I'm not sure why this is? It doesn't seem logical. The best thing I like about this tool is that it has 1500 emails and 2500 subscribers for a month. It has an easy-to-use dashboard; we can also track subscriber action with the help of this email marketing tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
