Isaac is absolutely the most excellent customer service agent I have encountered in many years. He hung in there with me on chat for hours while he helped walk me through all the procedures I needed to learn. His patience was invaluable, his expertise was awesome, and his kindness and spirit is unparalleled. I can't speak highly enough of Isaac just hanging in there through all this without a word of complaint, just happy to see me through the process and get me back up and running. What do you dislike about Sender.net?
A little bit of a rush to judgment about accounts, there could be better communication. But that is solved by using the chat feature very easily, especially if you chat with Isaac. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sender.net?
Having only created my account last night; this morning I was able to compose the cleanest, best-looking email blast I've ever done -- in a quarter of the time!
I'd mistakenly tried to send the email without populating a link ...and the software caught my mistake before I could embarrass myself. I feel like Sender is an advocate for the mission my small business is on.
I ran into some trouble verifying my domain *but Veronica in customer service helped me resolve it immediately*
Mailchimp was clunky and expensive with no customer support, so it can just go play with its banana because I'm with Sender now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its everything mailchimp was not
- generous, easily accessible customer service
- generous features even automation on the free plan
- easy to use drag and drop builder much better than mailchimps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Sender.net?
The only small thing is that in the plain text mail sender, it would still be good to be able to include one picture/one gif and logo in the signature.
Because the drag and drop builder only allows a centralised format which doesnt feel personal to people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
