We can't choose the way labels come out on the portal.

We can't modify the printed label ( with or without company logo, reference,...)

The lack of support for developers, very long to respond.

What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

The downsides are mostly the long wait when trying to reach support by phone, they are queit busy in the Netherlands. The wait for the English line is much shorter, so you always can choose for that option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sendcloud?

We work with Sendcloud daily, and the most helpful feature for us is the integration of online platforms like Amazon and eBay. Shipments are automatically marked as sent by Sendcloud, and the tracking numbers are also automatically recorded, which results in enormous time savings. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes the implementation easy for us in the daily use of the program. What do you like best about Sendcloud?

I have been using Sendcloud for a few months and I must say it has completely revolutionized the management of shipments for the company where I manage the web sales department. The platform is intuitive, easy to configure, and allows for quick integration of major couriers, greatly simplifying daily work.

One of its strengths is the ability to quickly process orders by downloading information from multiple sales channels (in our case Amazon and Prestashop). Additionally, the automatic update of tracking status and direct communication to the customer via email has improved reviews. The customer service is always available and competent: on more than one occasion I have received quick and effective responses, especially when we had to configure the program for the first time.

What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

What do you like best about Sendcloud?

Sendcloud combines all loose ends of shipping methodes and wraps it in the best possible package for the webshop customers. It has an easy to use interfase where you create a label with just 2 clicks from any of your online stores. They now even have an afterservice e-mail that can be send days after the package has been received. Perfect for return information, customer care or review requests.

Sendcloud has tremendously been improved and developed over the last few years and we are sure to stay on this platform for the long future ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

What do you like best about Sendcloud?

The integration of Sendcloud into our ecommerce www.ladudapublicidad.es with WooCommerce was very easy, and since then our logistics management has taken a huge leap in quality, speed, and efficiency. The platform centralizes all shipments, allows us to compare carriers, and automates key processes, which saves us time and reduces errors.

The impact on our customers' experience has been very positive: now they receive clear notifications, can track their orders in real time, and are much more satisfied with the service.

Nowadays, it is unthinkable for us to work without Sendcloud. It has allowed us to scale our ecommerce without complications, optimize resources, and offer more professional deliveries. What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

The update to the new version of the WooCommerce API took too long in my opinion. During that period, I had to keep the compatibility mode active, which slowed down my website's performance. Additionally, there are very useful features that are only available in plans with a high volume of shipments; it would be very interesting to be able to access them in lower plans as well, as they would add a lot of value to those of us who are still in the growth phase. What do you like best about Sendcloud?

We can generate the shipping labels directly from our ERP system and no longer need to switch to the individual portals of the shipping service providers. What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

Unfortunately, the display of shipping costs for our own contracts is not working for us, even though we have specifically uploaded a CSV file with our prices. Additionally, the ability to handle multiple packages in one shipment is currently not possible from our ERP system. However, this is likely due to the interface programmed by our ERP provider.
