What do you like best about Sendcloud?

SendCloud is an excellent platform that has made it really easy for us to make shipments on a daily basis. Implementing Sendcloud was very easy. Previously we were using UPS WorldShip software which was very difficult to maintain and was extremely difficult to integrate with. SendCloud offers a great solution with really useful API for integrations with our ERP software and the dashboard interface is easy to use. SendCloud Support is also phenomenal with some of the best support I've ever experienced from a software vendor. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

SendCloud have not yet got a solution specific to Amazon Vendor Central, (but they do for Seller Central) and an external interface had to be developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only drawback we have encountered so far is the lack of integration with Dynalogic. As this carrier is gaining popularity in the Netherlands, a native connection would further enhance our setup. What do you like best about Sendcloud?

What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

The only drawback we have encountered is the lack of integration with Dynalogic, a carrier that is gaining significance in the Netherlands. If this connection were available, Sendcloud would serve as a truly comprehensive end-to-end hub for all our transport partners. Other than this, we have very few complaints. We’re getting a lot more shipment-related requests. We used UPS before, and since switching, the number of shipment requests that require extra data has gone up by about 70%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

Their software keeps breaking. Complaints take a long time to fix.

Our previous problem that was discovered in april 2025 took about 6 months to fix. There's currently problems with their Boxwise integration that they have been "trying" to fix for almost two months and only recently they asked for more information.

We've been a long time user (over 5 years) and we've seen the company decline in usability and functionality, only to add useless ai features. All their good account managers quit and prices have been increasing with over 15% every year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
