SendCloud is an excellent platform that has made it really easy for us to make shipments on a daily basis. Implementing Sendcloud was very easy. Previously we were using UPS WorldShip software which was very difficult to maintain and was extremely difficult to integrate with. SendCloud offers a great solution with really useful API for integrations with our ERP software and the dashboard interface is easy to use. Our previous problem that was discovered in april 2025 took about 6 months to fix. There's currently problems with their Boxwise integration that they have been "trying" to fix for almost two months and only recently they asked for more information.
