What do you like best about Semana?

Simple and intuitive platform,

What problems is Semana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing a flexible office policy really is a challenge without Semana: who's coming to the office and who's not, are the teams able to meet when they need, do we have enough free desks, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Semana?

What do you dislike about Semana?

A bit tedious sometimes to update the communities because not always aligned with the developments of our HRIS. We had some major reorganizations, complicated to update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Semana solving and how is that benefiting you?

The implementation of the flex office following the health crisis was quickly carried out by implementing Semana from the start. The employees were not "afraid" of not knowing where they would settle, next to whom... The managers who needed visibility on their teams were also satisfied with the monitoring that Semana allows on the different offices and remote work at the same time. nothing went wrong with Semana, from implementing to billing, all is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Semana solving and how is that benefiting you?

After comparing many flex office software solutions, we choosed Semana to manage our new flex office policy. Moving our office and switching from 200 personal desks to 100 shared desks, we wanted the easiest and most confortable software to help people working seamlessly from home and office.

Semana est tout simplement parfait pour nos besoins. Simple à utiliser, il est même possible de mettre à jour ses jours de présence/ télétravail depuis Teams ce qui est super pratique.
