I like to send electronically, but also like to have something in my hand when I visit a customer. It's extra steps for me. Still have to really hunt for things, like POS. Yes, it is in one place somewhat, but I have found useful things in other areas. I don't always need the extra email or notice that a person spent 18 seconds reading page 5 of something. I know you can make your own lists and tag favorits, but with the awesome search engine you may not need to. I always takes me less than 1 min to find what I was looking for. I love how the content can be tagged, separated in product pages etc.. very recently I switch my access to content contributor and I also like all the analytics tools to get info about how people are using the content, popularity, etc.. it helps design future collateral. Before being a content contributer, I was using it to access internal educational content and to share collateral with customers. I like the integration with outlook and how you can create liveshare links to understand if the material was useful to the customer as you thought it should be. **What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?** As I'm Spanish some parts of the platform are set up in Spanish and I can't change that. It provides us with a platform where we can share different docs from different teams in one place, so it saves everyone time communicating and sending each other documents all the time. Everyone knows where to go to look for content and it's a really easy tool to navigate. From my role, it means I can upload documents to a site that I know is only accessible to the right people, with permissions. But it also means I can store information about these documents in the backend, that may not be publicly available on published versions which is super helpful. It's fairly simple to use once you get the hang of it. Also the chat function is helpful when you do come across any challenges. Our implementation specialist keeps giving us wrong information about the platform, if things don't work he blames us and our CS support is always lacking. Before we signed the contract they knew we had a relatively short go-live date but our CS support wouldn't return emails and then went on holiday and we had nothing to replace them.
