There isn’t really anything major to complain about. Occasionally, when new features are introduced or the UI is updated, there’s a short adaptation period. Widgets are fantastic and enable us to customise our fans experience on NBL Store. AI bundling has been a huge success for us! It's capabilities are endless and the team are always willing to test new features and ideas until you're satisified. My main issue with Segmentify is the widget loading times, this is why I didn't give a 10 score for reccomending. I accept this will never be simultaneous, but in some instances, it can take 3-4 seconds to load after our page has fully loaded for users which can make some customers unsure, and in general, is a poor experience. The product was really easy to implement on our website and has led to AOV uplifts of 40% on those customers who click on the recommendations on our website.
