What problems is Segmentify solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentify simplifies tasks that are really timeconsuming taking out the data yourself.
For example targeting products in need of attention, high runners, low runners, products with lots of visits but few conversions.
The UI gives me a real clear picture of what products do well or bad in different channels, making it easier for me to allocate my marketing budget to be as efficient as possible.
I find it hard to compare personalization between different companies, but we did a A/B-test comparing Segmentify to our earlier partner and Segmentify won on all categories.
Not with a land slide, but with a small win on every KPI.
The search tool needed some configuration to work properly for us (we have 100k+ products, so it's extremly important for us).
But after a couple of days it's working just fine. There are a lot of functionality that's new to us that we really enjoy. Incorportaing banners in the search etc.
I think we only touched what we can do yet, so we are trying to implement something new every week.
We also use Segmentify for mails.
Both bulk emails and segmented/automated ones.
The UI for sending mails could be a bit more clear. The build-part is really easy to understand - but implementing codes, specific audiances or specific personalization needed some training.
But then again, all new software does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
