What do you dislike about SeeTest: Testing Platform for Web & Mobile Apps?

I don't like how I cannot use the seeTest cloud phone libraries directly from seetest application like it use to be 3 years back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SeeTest: Testing Platform for Web & Mobile Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were making a lot of changes to our mobile application and had to test new builds multiple times in one day or week, see test made it possible to write scripts quickly and report generated from seetest saved a lot of time for me as a QA tester as the report is every step executed by automation which makes it easier for anyone to go back and look at what passed and what failed.
