We implemented Ceridian Dayforce initially using Dayforce Professional Servicers as our implementation partner. Halfway through, we brought in Seequelle to augment our testing team and to provide guidance on the design that Dayforce was proposing. It was helpful to have an advocate who knew the Dayforce system and could help us hold the Dayforce implementation team accountable. We ended up with a much better solution and avoided some unnecessary go-live pain. Following the implementation, we contracted with Seequelle to fix several design issues and to support our rollout of time clocks across our company. Both of these efforts were very successful. Our Seequelle consultants were informed, responsive and thorough. They had a great understanding of how Dayforce worked and what it could and could not do. The state that our organization resides in changed the employer's requirements to provide 1 hour of earned sick time per 30 hours worked. Our current entitlements (in Ceridian Day Force) provided a specified amount of sick time to accrue each pay period that the employee is active, rather than the sick time accruing based on the hours worked. Communication was exceptional. Craig and Ellen never wasted time. Craig was very straightforward and forthright in all expectations. He was very detailed and asked pertinent questions regarding the task. The timeline was set in place, but if we were not comfortable when a deadline was approaching, Seequelle was very flexible. Seequelle has assisted us with numerous projects including workflows, configuration of payroll, benefits open enrollment, setting up new legal entities/pay groups, vendor feeds, report writing, time and attendance configuration, general ledger/finance config and overall consulting to ensure we are best utilizing the solution and configuring to be scalable for future use. Seequelle is a smaller company and you can feel it in their level of Customer Service. Their knowledge of Dayforce/Ceridian is exceptional. They help us manage each project and have a clear implementation plan from start to finish.
