This means that we get to see the ease of use this product provides for our faculty, staff, and students. For our faculty and staff it allows for a touch-less and seamless connection experience to our network. This means more uptime in working hours and less downtime in working hours because of pesky personnel issues or user layer issues. Juggling passwords and certificates is a thing of the past with this SecureW2. For our students - this allows us to provide a simplified process for adding multiple device types to our network and authenticating them all. If we have trouble devices or trouble students we can monitor and track all of it. The ease of use means less issues to resolve and less support tickets to troubleshoot. All of which means less personnel to staff. The integration into our already existing campus network and workflow was seamless with the help of the implementation timeframe and team that worked through our specific frustrations to reach resolutions for us. **What do you dislike about SecureW2 JoinNow?** We have very few—if any—dislikes about SecureW2 JoinNow. It integrates easily with with Microsoft Intune and uses SCEP to automatically enroll and deploy certificates to all our managed Window and MacOS devices, it is literally set it and forget it. We did a 30-day proof-of-concept, and their onboarding team assisted with configuring the PKI and Radius policies, creating and assigning all the Intune profiles and in under 2 hours we had a fully working environment with devices authenticating over 802.1x via certificates. Since then, SecureW2 just works - I don't even think about it anymore as I know that it will work as expected. It integrates easily with Microsoft Entra and InTune. With SecureW2, we've developed an automated Certificate deployment strategy in which staff computers are onboarded automatically to use our office wifi, and they authenticate using EAP-TLS in which every device has a unique certificate that only their device can use. Additionally, these certificates authenticate as the user's primary identity, so when looking at logging or diagnostic data on the network itself, I can see which employee username is associated to the connected devices, instead of relying on hostnames or known mac addresses. Walked through implementing in our JAMF environment and was able to replicate the process for similar profiles. **What do you dislike about SecureW2 JoinNow?** Would be nice to have more up to date guides avaiable. When creating the implementation I've noticed the guide directing me to links I don't see in my view of the web page and need to explore a bit to get to the information I needed. **What problems is SecureW2 JoinNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making sure that only managed devices connect to our corporate network and keeping our network secured.
