For a tenured rep at my only professional job, SecureVision was a helpful resource in providing additional opportunities to expand my career. I had the opportunity to work with Jess Moffitt. Jess is everything you would want in a recruiter. 

Attentive, professional,  honest and helped me navigate my next step with the most essential quality. Trust.  I had many reservations about going through a recruiter since this was my time and I could not have had a better experience.

I'm grateful for SecureVision for bringing my new organization to me. But it's the people who make any organization tick. Thanks to Jess and her hard work, I was able to land the job I wanted, with every request approved by my new employer because of her hard work and negotiation on my behalf.

**What do you like best about SecureVision?**

The recruiters at SecureVision are professional and helpful. The recruiter I spoke with was insightful and clearly described the company I would be interviewing for.

**What do you dislike about SecureVision?**

There is nothing I can think of that would make me unhappy about my experience! The recruiter was very positive on the phone. The only thing to dislike would be my own performance, assuming I do not reach the next steps in the interview process!

I would recommend adequately preparing for the interview and ensuring you can clearly and concisely talk about your work experience! The recruiter I spoke with made it easy and helped alleviate any potential anxieties one may have.

**What do you like best about SecureVision?**

Kellie Lindow was very thorough on our initial call. She asked me specifically about my experience, what I am looking for in my next role, and explained clearly the recruitment process. She had all the answers to my questions and I felt like she really listened to my needs.

**What do you dislike about SecureVision?**

The only downside is that I hope to continue working with Kellie after this opportunity! Hopefully it ends at this role and I am able to secure this position, but if not, I hope to work with Kellie again.

Kellie Lindow from SecureVision couldn't have messaged me at a better time. I have been actively job searching in the San Diego area since January with little to no luck. I cannot recall when I felt more prepared for further stages of the hiring process than I did after speaking with Natalie Aguilar at SecureVision. If I were able to use their services again, I would!

**What do you dislike about SecureVision?**

Follow up could have been better. After suggesting that I was a prime candidate, there was no follow up from the team.

After I applied for a role posted on LinkedIn, I quickly received an email from Natalie Aguilar. We quickly scheduled a call, and Natalie gave me an excellent overview of the company, role, and other great context about the process. Natalie represented herself truly as a member of her client's team and spoke with deep knowledge about the role, company, industry, and technology. I feel exceptionally well prepared for the next steps!

Kellie's responsiveness.  I've had some instances with working with a recruiter in the past where they'd reach out but not follow up or provide enough details on the role.  Kellie has been available to assist when needed.

So far it's been a good experience, I can't think of anything.

I'm currently in the market for a new career and Kellie Lindow has been extremely helpful with assisting me.  From the beginning she's provided me with all of the information needed to make a sound decision on if the role is something that I would like to pursue or not and she was extremely patient with me while answering ALL of my questions.

I like how SecureVision doesn't hire professionals who are about the people and their success. We walk and talk the same in the light which to me builds my confidence to keep trying after a few no's and layoffs.

Please consider SecureVision, they will not waste your time. You will feel well taken care of and treated as a priority.

I had a problem with not getting noticed by employers. Natalie Aguilar helped me form better verbiage, proofread my resume, and gave me a mock interview to discover how to make a great impression to employers. They know the meaning of empathy and do not make what they do, feel like work.

Secure Vision and Kellie Lindow have been easy to communicate with and taken a significant amount of the stress off of my shoulders. It's not easy looking for new roles, but she's been extremely proactive and taken the steps to help along the way.

I have no complaints about SecureVision and have no reason to foresee any negatives coming up in the future.

Kellie Lindow was very kind, responsiveand helpful. She was very receptive and knowledgeable. Kellie was able to answer any and all of my questions very thoroughly.

I personally didn't run into many issues in my dealing with SecureVision. However it is worth noting that the listing description did not mention the specific company that I was applying to. Only after I began my interview was I made aware of who the position was for.

I would recommend using SecureVision. Although admittedly i have limited experience with SecureVision, my experience has been very positive overall.

The entire process was very easy. When Kellie reached out I was able to get in touch with her right away and we got a meeting set up in no time. She has a super quick response time as well.

Kellie was great! Super easy to talk to very quick to respond, and super knowledgable.  I think anyone would be lucky to work with Kellie!

SecureVision ( Kellie Lindow ) so graciously explained a Sales Engineer role that was open with a company. She thoroughly went through what the company was looking for in a candidate to fill the open position. Kellie gave me very transparent expectations and next steps. Any questions I had Kellie answered them and went into a deeper explanation if needed. Kellie reviewed expectations for this role, what the training would be like and what the support structure would look like. She was also very respectful of my time as I had a hard stop at the end of our meeting.

She thoroughly explained the position and the next steps.  We chatted for a few extra minutes, which shows how comfortable she makes candidates feel!  I wish all recruiters were like this!

Friendly team and exceptional services. From day one SecureVision helped me in my job hunt and I recommended them to friends in New York once I learned Julia works their and support US based businesses.

I can't really find any downside on SecureVision end but I have to say the business requirements should be clear enough for the team to seamlessly do their best and find exceptional talent for the business need.

This was my first time using this program, but it made my search process much smoother and has created a great process for me to look for great roles within my network!

There wasn't anything I found that I disliked about SecureVision. I don't have enough experience to have come across a dislike, but Kellie made things very simple for me.

**What problems is SecureVision solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was searching for a new Recruiting role, and Kellie Lindow contacted me on LinkedIn. She made the position very enticing with the short paragraph she sent over, but she also provided links for me to do more of my own research. We had a great conversation over the phone, and she made me very interested in moving forward. Although I didn't continue with this role, I would certainly reach out to Kellie again to learn about open opportunities she knows about. She made me feel like she had my back and the company she was recruiting for.

I spoke to Natalie and honestly it was one of the best conversations I've had. Natalie was open about the role and determine if the role would add value to my career goals and not just if I was fit for the job description. Natalie was very open about the expectations, the next steps and gave me some great tips to really make myself shine throughout the process.

Nothing at the moment. I have had one interaction with Secure Vision and I would give it a net promoter score of 10.

I love working with Kellie Lindow, so far she's been extremely helpful and very responsive.  Which I really appreciate, because there are a lot of recruiters that aren't and are not that fun to work with.

**What do you like best about SecureVision?**

Working with Jessica Moffitt has been my best experience working with a recruiter to date - inside and outside of the SaaS sales space. Jess was always on it and helped coach me through each interview round. She did her due diligence to ensure the positions I was interviewing for aligned with what I was looking for to streamline efficiency for my time, her time, and the company's time. Jess and I happen to live in the same area, so she offered to meet in person for a longer conversation. I've since referred several business contacts to Jess and trust she will do the same for other candidates and companies. I anticipate being in my current role for some time, but should anything change; I will reach out to Jess first and foremost.

There wasn't anything I disliked about my experience with SecureVision or Jess; I highly recommend working with them!

SecureVision helped me land my next SaaS AE role. I had pretty specific parameters I was looking for in my next role and Jessica Moffitt not only checked all my boxes but exceeded my expectations. I've been in my new position for over three months now, and I'm confident Jess made the right recommendation. I've never been able to jump into a SaaS sales role so quickly in the past - the product I'm selling perfectly aligns with my experience, and I've already been able to create opportunities in the short amount of time I've been in my new role.

Working directly with the recruiters means we get aligned on who we are targeting and allows for nuance that uncovers opportunities for us and our candidates.  Other partners I've worked with have an account manager who relays information to the recruiters.  I've worked with Kellie Lindow, Natalie Aguilar and Julia Arpag - each was a pleasure to work with and highly competent at finding and screening quality candidates for our roles.

I have found no downside to working with SecureVision - in 20+ years of hiring, they have been the best aligned and most efficient.  The only hitch I've encountered was working around their office closures - but we worked together to minimize any impact.

Have your process and requirements in order, as SecureVision can move quickly.  Consider what screener questions you want them to use and provide them with a clear articulation of your company and team's vision and values.

One thing I found remarkable was the care for the process. I mean, in other hiring processes I took part in, recruiters sometimes never give you any feedback about the status of the process. Kellie Lindow always kept me updated and showed great interest in my hiring.
