Easy imports, granular permissions, failover configuration, and great support make this a no brainer. We had this up and running in hours with Active Directory and Duo integration. We are an MSP with multiple teams using multiple vaults, every day. The granular permissions are great for controlling access and keeping it simple. Why store your passwords in the cloud when Securden makes it easy to store them on-prem? Other on-prem solutions want to do priviledged access management and a bunch of other stuff and charge for it. The setup was easy and also was the onboarding of our team, they use it a lot and cant imagine missing the passwort Vault. Since the integration we only had a few difficulties and even then, the customer support also was on point and answerd very very quick. The amount of feature is almost overwhelming, there was only one time where we missed a feature and even then, i requested is and was given the answer, that is was put on the roadmap. **What do you dislike about Securden Password Vault for Enterprises?** The only thing that i can think off, is the UI. I typically get a response back in an hour. Our end users find no difficulties using the Chrome extension and the auto password fill works great. It's been very reliable for us over the years and it gets frequent updates with new features added all of the time. **What do you dislike about Securden Password Vault for Enterprises?** Sometimes the updates fail for no reason. I had to run the updates a few times to get it to work but it works in the end. No TOTP automatic copy. When the Securden extension fills in a username and password, it should copy the TOTP number right away into the clip board so I don't have to manually search it and grab it manually. **What problems is Securden Password Vault for Enterprises solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we were using KeePass. Not everyone who changed the file uploaded it again, so that in the end there were different File-Versions with different Passwords for each Account and nobody knew which was the right one. We really didn't want to store anything in the cloud, much less any of the major brands that seem to be hacked more which we didn't want any part of. **What do you dislike about Securden Password Vault for Enterprises?** The browser plug-in doesn't seem to work with all sites but is still very simple to launch the sites from and quick to copy/paste the password once I have it pulled up in the plug-in. **Recommendations to others considering Securden Password Vault for Enterprises:** I know there are other major brands out there but this one is really up and coming. They solved all of our needs by integrating into AD, using our multi-factor and having everything stored in house in encrypted form. They have a mobile app which can be used and is great. In addition they have replication to another securden server at another site so it really does work and function about as well as one could want. The customer service is great. They've always been super fast for response times as well as their ability to listen to our requests and implement new features that make sense for the product. **What problems is Securden Password Vault for Enterprises solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are benefiting from more secure passwords. Securden was able to integrate with Active Directory so they only have the one password to remember. It also worked with our multi-factor tokens everyone was already using.
