When we hit a bit of a hiccup early on, he immediately stepped in and made some changes that ultimately led to a stellar experience. The team we worked with was incredibly caring and personable and really went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we needed. It was a bit of a slow start, but I think much of that was due to the way we work internally as a company. After we got moving and after some adjustments were made, we were VERY happy with the work and think it stands head and shoulders above our competitors' feeds. Although we had a lot of content, we didn't have a proper plan to leverage it. Additionally, our website was not optimized for potential clients to get a comprehensive understanding of our services. With the help of Secret Sushi, we were able to organize our content and revamp our website. As a result, our website traffic increased, and we now have a consistent posting schedule that attracts new business owners to our services and peer-to-peer learning groups.
